Pros:

Had a pleasant stay at Famstay. The front desk staff were very amicable and welcoming. Room service and housekeeping were extremely good and well managed. Food is available on demand, and the dishes served were tasty and satisfying. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

The rooms were neat, clean, and well maintained. Since there are no nearby hotels or restaurants for food, the room service is the best and most convenient option. Tea and snacks are available within 50 meters, and there is a mini supermarket at the entrance for essentials. Homely Meals option is there within 5 min walking distance towards Kannur University side.The bus stop and auto stand are located around 600 meters away, making transportation reasonably accessible.

Pros:

They were helping with everything car rentals, places to visit to be good for interacting and maintained rooms and washroom really good

Cons:

Some of the outside balcony parts we not cleaned there were used bottles and Condoms outside and it was in front of the window so it was the drawback
