Location
Air conditioning is not on cool mode because its winter in October!! But its not winter at all .. and i couldn't keep the windows open because of the noises of the street .. my room wasn't cleaned until last day although i kept the sign on the door everyday

Nobody help you with the luggage and there are stairs for reach the elevator.
The room is really small, you or your luggage, you must to choose haha, 2 pax here, no way!
The cleaning service should be more frequently and better
Clean, warm, all new; tea, teapot, mini fridge safe; shampoo/gels/slippers/bathrobe; comfortable bed; friendly receptionists; cleaning every day; small lift; 7min walking to Osmanbey metro (1 station from Taksim), 30mins walking to Taksim; quite easy transportation to either old part or Airport (via GaGayrettepe station); many shops around (brands, mass market, local)
Small room (80% is bed) facing the wall and just next to the lift, not too disturbing for me (sound insulation in a room is not bad) but could be for those who sleep bad.
The location; guys from reception; the hotel itself - all the facilities; clean, beautiful!

Stay away from this hotel, the rooms are way smaller than advertised, i could barely move in the room, the bathroom is 1x1 meters, the A/C doesn’t work from the room controller, they refused to turn it ON for us as it was cold outside.
