Cons:

Not so clean, very uncomfortable bed which aggravated my disc herniation badly, poor breakfast.

great views of the lake and friendly hosts
Pros:

Fabulous view of the lake from our room. breakfast was fabulous and owners were super nice and helpful.

Cons:

Being that it was May and there was a very cold spring there was no heat in our room. Hence, it was super cold. We did receive a blanket. This property is one for those renting a car and can make the drive up and down the mountain as this place is about 7,000 ft above the lake (again, making for great views). People in other revels mention the road noise which is all night long. Make sure you close the shutters to elevate it.
