Pros:

This place has friendly, helpful staff (both maids and receptionists), clean, comfortable rooms, a pool with a beautiful view, and delicious tea available in the lounge during the day.
It is located near a shopping mall with a variety of shops, cafes, and restaurants. It is also close to the MRT (CC line) station and several bus stations.

Cons:

There is no bidet shower in the bathroom.
There is no chair (stool) to eat or drink something near the table. in the room. (although there are appliances to make the food).
There are no pieces of soap in the hygiene pack.

Das Personal ist überaus zuvorkommed und professionell.
Pros:

Das Personal an der Rezeption war außerordentlich hilfreich. Ich hatte mein Smartphone im Taxi liegen lassen und sie waren mir sehr behilflich, es wieder zu bekommen. Das Frühstück grab and go ist zwar etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber effizient.

Cons:

Es gb keinen Schreibtisch in meinem Zimmer, das Zimmer war einfach zu klein, obwohl es nicht das billigste war.

Pros:

There were very friendly and helpful staff, perfect community facilities such as fitness, 20m long swimming pool, laundry room, 24/7 coffee machine and snacks, etc.

Cons:

There was no selection of pillows. The one we had in the room was too high for me.

Wonderful stay! Would stay again
Pros:

Loved the location and the welcome box which was totally unexpected and lovely. All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful

Pros:

Great location, good accommodation with friendly staff

Cons:

The one thing lacking was a proper breakfast rather than the grab and go. Grab and go is not for everyone, very little choice and at times not the freshest.
