La pulizia della camera: c’era polvere anche sulla tv…i. Un 4 stelle per me inaccettabile! Ci sono stati giorni che non cambiavano gli asciugamani (che cambiano anche in hotel da una stella, senza richiederlo)!

Cons:

Il fatto che la prima sera abbiamo cena to senza seggiolone per il nostro bimbo di 2 anni (che ovviamente è nella fase in cui non sta fermo a tavola senza, quindi poi abbiamo deciso di cenare sempre fuori) e anche che subito dopo il check-out abbiamo chiamato per dire che sicuramente il nostro bimbo aveva lasciato la sua borraccia per l’acqua preferita in camera e alla fine non ce l’hanno trovata (era su una delle poltrone)

Pros:

La posizione della struttura decisamente fantastica, in pieno centro, con garage sotterraneo comodissimo! La colazione molto buona e variegata, dal dolce al sabato! Ma quello che soprattutto mi ha colpito favorevolmente è stata la gentilezza dello staff, dalla signorina della reception a quella delle pulizie...gentilissime e disponibilissime anche col nostro cagnolino!
