Great once I learned more about the location
Pros:

My first impressions were that the area was a bit sketchy, but it is a great location. Lots of life, restaurants cafes and bars very close. There is couple of excellent supermarkets within minute. The zoo and some really good shopping malls are 10 minutes walk. The room is big. Great to have a washing machine and clothes line.
It is very quiet at night.

Cons:

No where to hang your towel to dry in the bathroom. While the room did have a view it wasn’t quite what I expected.

Pros:

Le propriétaire a très vite réagi suite à un problème de machine à laver.
L'emplacement est proche de stations de métro

Assez spacieux pour 2 personnes

Cons:

Suite au soucis de machine à laver le propriétaire nous a relogé dans un appartement d'un autre étage et cet appartement devait être de secours avec des finitions discutables.
Abat jour manquant, bordure de meuble arraché ou abîmé, moins propre que le précédent.
Éléments de cuisine fournis : verres, baguettes, tasses etc mais pas de produits vaisselles ni d'éponge fournie pour la nettoyer.

悪くないが、もったいないですね。
Pros:

必要な設備は揃っていた。
居室は比較的清潔。

Cons:

洗濯機の排水管が上手くはまっていなかったため、水回りの下水臭がひどかった。
（処置はやっておきましたが、洗濯機は一度洗浄した方がいい）

地域的に夜の外出は注意が必要。

Pros:

Zum Personal kann ich nichts sagen, da wir uns nicht begegnet sind. Durch das System an der Tür war alles ganz unkompliziert. Schön war, dass sogar Waschpulver zur Verfügung stand. Ich habe den Aufenthalt genossen. Jeden Abend bin ich an einer Bar vorbei gegangen. Die freundliche Bedienung hat mir jedes Mal zugewunken. Am letzten Abend bin ich umgekehrt und eingekehrt. Das war ein super schöner Abend mit 3 Einheimischen und Karaoke singen.

Cons:

Ich brauchte ein bisschen, um zu verstehen, wie ich warmes Wasser bekomme. 🤭

Great apartment!
Pros:

Clean and spacious place, great private shower, location is convenient thanks to the metro station and close proximity to Den Den Town. Also half an hour door to door to Universal Studios! It was quiet and safe at night too.

Pros:

房東服務態度良好，回覆迅速，有洗衣機跟陽台曬衣服，浴室出水量充足，房間乾淨。

Cons:

沒有想像中大，只有廁所裡有鏡子，距離動物園前站9號出口雖近，但沒有電梯。
