Pros:

房東服務態度良好，回覆迅速，有洗衣機跟陽台曬衣服，浴室出水量充足，房間乾淨。

Cons:

沒有想像中大，只有廁所裡有鏡子，距離動物園前站9號出口雖近，但沒有電梯。

1. 飯店位於西成區，治安不是很好，晚上出門請注意安全
2. 剛入住飯店就發現房間沒有牙膏牙刷，詢問客服人員後，客服一直請我仔細找櫃子、找廁所，經確認還是找不到，告知客服後，客服卻突然改口說，他們沒有提供牙膏牙刷。無法理解既然沒有提供，為何一開始不說清楚？還要我四處找？廁所有漱口杯卻沒有牙膏牙刷的備品，真的有點奇怪。
隔天客服又請員工送來牙膏牙刷，實在是搞不懂到底有沒有提供？？客服人員這樣出爾反爾的態度，也讓人很困惑。
奉勸來住這間飯店的人，記得自備牙膏牙刷。
1. The hotel is located in Nishinari District, where the security is not very good. Please be cautious when going out at night.
2. Right after checking in, I found that there were no toothbrushes or toothpaste in the room. When I contacted customer service, the staff repeatedly asked me to carefully check the cabinets and the bathroom. After confirming that nothing could be found and informing them again, the staff suddenly said that they do not provide toothbrushes or toothpaste at all.
This was very confusing. If these toiletries are not provided, why wasn’t this explained clearly from the beginning? Instead, I was asked to search everywhere. There were cups in the bathroom but no toothbrush or toothpaste, which felt quite strange.
The next day, customer service asked another staff member to deliver toothbrushes and toothpaste to my room, which made the situation even more confusing. Do they provide toiletries or not? The inconsistency and contradictory responses from the customer service staff were very frustrating.
I recommend that anyone staying at this hotel bring their own toothbrush and toothpaste.

GRAN ELECCIÓN Y DUEÑO!
Pros:

Me encantó el barrio donde se encuentra, muy local, un verdadero Japón y también su dueño, siempre rápido en contestar y muy cordial y resolutivo. Es un sitio para volver

Cons:

Que el aire hiciese tantísimo ruido. No se corresponde con el resto del apartamento.

Overall, great location and place with enough spaciousness. Had everything I needed.
Pros:

The spaciousness was great. In the past hotels, it's been way to small for me. Very clean place with great water pressure in the shower.

Cons:

I wish there was a drying machine too, but drying outside was fine. The bed was uncomfortable for me, way too hard with not enough cushion. And the air vent was leaking in cold air and cigarette smoke into the room. I am very sensitive to cigarette smoke and that was bad. But I found a way to block it safely.

不乖是地理位置和房間舒適度和價格都是讓人絕對來大阪會住的地方！推薦大家可以來！

非常的喜歡房間舒適感 旁邊的椅子深得我心 一回來就坐在那邊不想動了 住的非常舒適

Cons:

大概就是洗完澡出來濕濕答答的應該要有什麼地墊 不然地板會有點濕
