附近很多居酒屋，沒有特別推薦獨旅女性入住，但如果是結伴應該就沒有問題

衛浴、廚房設備很齊全

Cons:

房間內的燈光稍微偏暗
浴室掛蓮蓬頭的地方發霉、沙發枕套有飲料打翻的痕跡
附近很多居酒屋，晚歸會有點危險，不特別推薦獨旅女性入住，但如果是結伴就沒有問題

Convenient and low-key, good for those who want a more apartment style experience.
Pros:

Excellent location, very close to the subway and a bunch of restaurants and convenience stores. Room was spacious and clean, and easy to get in and out of. Definitely recommend, especially for the price!

Pros:

Das Appartement war für mich optimal als Alleinreisender für 14 Tage.
+Die Lage ist sehr gut
+ U-Bahn Station gleich um die Ecke und man ist innerhalb von 10-20 Minuten im Umeda, Dotombori oder anderen Vierteln. Nach Nara und Kyoto ca. 1 Stunde mit Zug !!! TOP!!!
+ Klimananlage
+ Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach
+ Mikrowelle, Herdplatte, Waschmaschine (sogar mit Waschmittel)
+ Gaderobe
+ TV mit Amazon Prime, Netflix und Youtube
+ gutes und stabiles Internet
+ harte angenehme Matratze
+ großes Bad
+ Staubsauger
+ kleiner Balkon mit Wäscheseil
+ keine zwei Minuten entfernt ein Supermarkt, wo man zumindest das nötigeste bekommt (Wasser, andere Getränke, bissl Obst, Eier, Süßigkeiten)
+ viele Essensmöglichkeiten in 5-10 Gehminuten entfernt
+ drei Getränkeautomaten direkt vor dem Gebäude
+ ruhig, obwohl sehr lebendiges Viertel
+ Kommunikation mit Betreiber via Booking-Chat war sehr gut, schnelle Antworten

Cons:

Das Einzige, was bissl negativ aufgefallen ist, waren diverse Flecken an den Wänden. Im Bad, Schlafzimmer, Küche. Mich hat das aber nicht groß gestört. Würde es wieder buchen!

Podstawowe mieszkanie w dość gwarnej, imprezowej okolicy. Nie dla szukających spokoju i ciszy.
Pros:

Mieszkanie w kilkupiętrowym budynku – z windą, na wyższym piętrze. Posiada balkon z niezłym widokiem na miasto. Łazienka z pralką, lodówka i aneks kuchenny. Nie należy jednak spodziewać się rarytasów, jest to bardzo podstawowy nocleg pod kątem zwiedzania Osaki i okolicznych miast. Kilka minut spacerem od stacji Dobutsuen-Mae. W okolicy ciekawe, lokalne restauracje.

Cons:

Wszystko zależy od gustu, ale mieszkanie mieści się w nieciekawej okolicy, dość brudnej – szczególnie w porównaniu do wcześniej odwiedzonego Tokio i jak na Japonię. Nie jest niebezpiecznie, ale liczne bary i lokale z karaoke sprawiają, że wieczorami jest głośno i dochodzi do niepokojących sytuacji. Trudno wypocząć w tym miejscu po całym dniu zwiedzania.

Pros:

The size of the apartment was the biggest one we saw in our holiday in Japan. Really good to open the luggage and to walk a little bit around the room without felling that you don't have space.

Cons:

The area wasn't the most beautiful, but it was safe anyway. Nothing bad happened, but it seems that is not the most tourist place to stay. If you want something with mor shops o restaurants close by I'll probably recommend other area. But the apartment was really beautiful and comfortable.
