Cons:

Near Daikoku locker to keep our big luggage before we start our Kumano Kodo walk. Walking distance to Osaka Castle, Shin-Imamiya station & Tennoji station.

- very near to the metro station
- walkable distance to the train to KIX airport
- accessible to Donki and supermarket
- the sofa is a plus when traveling with a baby
- only one stop away from Abeno Q’s mall
- room is big compared to hotel room

Pros:

Önállóan kellett bejutni, ami roppant egyszerű volt, minden instrukciót időben megkaptunk és világos, érthető volt. A szállás 2 metrohalozathoz is közel volt, a környéken minden rendelkezésre állt, csomagmegőrzés, bevásárlás, éttermek.

Cons:

Mivel ez egy apartman konyhasarokkal, lehetne kicsit jobban felszerelt. Kettőnknek csak 1 kanál jutott és bár nem terveztünk főzőcskézni, kicsit kényelmesebb lett volna, ha több konyhai felszerelés áll rendelkezésre.

Good stay, close to a train station.
Pros:

Had all basic amenities. Availability of a washing machine with accompanied laundry detergent was much appreciated.

Cons:

Bathroom was a bit cramped.

Pros:

Very spacious apartments within walking distance of the metro. There are several restaurants nearby and a large supermarket where it’s easy to buy groceries. The apartment has everything needed for a comfortable stay, including kitchenware for cooking and all essential bathroom amenities. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. I also received clear and detailed instructions before check-in on how to access the apartment and use the appliances, which made the arrival very smooth. I highly recommend this place.

Nice place in a convenient location.
Pros:

Convenient location--near two train stations and attractions--yet still quiet. Spacious room by Japanese standards. Fairly nice view from the balcony on the 7th floor. Clean. Very responsive and helpful host. Nice new appliances in the bathroom. Smart TV with streaming options.

Cons:

Minimally stocked: no umbrella. Kitchen only has small plates and cups/mugs. No bowls. Frying pan had some residue on it--probably because no cooking oil is provided. Soundproofing is above average in Japan, but through the glass balcony doors you can still hear people in the room next door if they're talking loudly (unfortunately some of my neighbors were socializing loudly). Also, the room didn't match the photos.

A great stay at Queens Park
Pros:

We did not interact with any staff 8n person, so we can't rate that. However, communication with the host via the app was easy. We loved the location of Queens Park. Easy to get around Osaka. The rooms were comfortable, shower was great. Toiletries were provided for the shower. One useful addition would be a kitchen cloth to wipe surfaces. Would definitely recommend.

Pros:

The place was very clean. Perfect for a couple with everything you need. It includes a washing machine and a small kitchen to cook. The location is amazing, very convenient, 4 minutes to the metro station, and plenty of restaurants, bar, and pubs to visits around. The check-in and check out are very easy. Highly recommended

Cons:

The photos seem to be better than the real place. But I'm still happy with my stay.
