Quiet, Serene and most enjoyable.
Pros:

Quiet and serene location overlooking Lake Kawana. Nice and safe pathways along lake to walk and short distance via walk to excellent cafes and restaurants. Every query via email responded to in a prompt and timely manner by management. Very security conscious and not short of any facility.

Cons:

Nothing I disliked at all. Totally satisfied.

Cons:

Quality of housekeeping was disgusting. The unit smelled like a pool plant room and the bed was creaky and uncomfortable. Despite the smell of bleach, there was long hair throughout the apartment.

Waterline Stay
Pros:

Good location. Good apartment design. Good TV. Balcony with a view of the water is great. Off street parking. Generally comfortable. Two bathrooms + 2 bedrooms is a bonus.

Cons:

Cooking facilities (pots, pans etc) were tired and in need of replacement. Quite ordinary.

I’d stay at Waterline Oceanside again
Pros:

Good location, nice to sit on the balcony and watch the world go by, nice to have a kitchette to prepare some food,

Cons:

Walls aren’t very soundproofed - especially when there is a young child in the adjoining unit who screeched a lot. Thankfully said child was only there 1 day.

First off they changed our 2 bedroom apartment to a 1 bedroom and didn’t advise us of the changes. Then didn’t have availability to make any changes except to send us to another complex 5 minutes away ( after we spend one night in the 1 bedroom they had organised). After persisting, and them telling us there was nothing else available, we were finally given a 2 bed apartment in an adjoining building. Upon entry the apartment had a bad smell from the drainage system. We resolved this by buying disinfectant. The location was quite near a major hospital and our nights were filled with the sounds of sirens and helicopters coming in to land and take off. Won’t be booking with that company again.
