Pros:

Çok misavirperverlerdi, jakuzi ile ilgili sorun yaşadık hemen gelip çözdüler. Kahvaltı yeterliydi. Mağara konsept olduğu için oda biraz rutubet kokuyor gibiydi ama nefes alma kalitesini etkileyecek düzeyde değil. Güvenle tavsiye ederim.

This property need tlc stairs are broken safety concerns , outside is dirty, the bathrooms smell really bad.
Thank goodness the overnight young man was very good and helped us to bring our luggage’s up and down
The employees are awesome.

Pros:

Cave bir odada kaldık. Kaldığımız odada gürültü yoktu. Beklediğimden iyi çıktı. Genelde Mağara odalar soğuk olur ama Nisan ilk hafta olmasına rağmen gayet iyiydi. Yardımlarından dolayı da sevgili Milad'a çok teşekkür ederiz.

Pros:

We loved our stay here. The hotel is beautiful and a cool experience. There were many restaurants and shops in walking distance. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, helping us book excursions and make sure we have everything we need. We hope to come back again one day!

Oteldeki çalışanlar gayet ilgiliydi kahvaltısı gayet yeterli ortam manzara olarak çok güzel fakat bir puanı temizlikten kırdık daha temiz olabilirdi taş ev olduğu için mi bilmiyorum çok tozluydu tavandan azar azar taş toprak dökülüyordu. Temizliğe daha dikkat edilebilirdi. Onun haricinde herşey iyi konum olarakta çok güzel Uçhisar kalesinin dibinde.

The staff and service was top notch! The owner/manager went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and our needs were met even when we were offsite (arranged for transportation, personaly drove us to a tour meeting point as we were late) by the end of our 5 day stay, we felt like family. The food at the hotel resturant is great as well

Our time in the hotel was more than amazing. All of the staff are very nice and kindness. It was the best experience ever. We really recomend this hotel.

İlgili ekibe sahip bir otel .rezervasyonumuz akabinde istediğimiz alerjimiz veya ihtiyacımız olan bir şey olup olmadığı konusunda ulaştılar .Bu çok hoşumuza gitti ve bi ufak talebimiz vardı ilettik ve yerine getirdiler .Ancak kahvaltı konusunda daha gelişmesini dilerim diğer konaklamalarımızda umarım olur :)

Resepsiyondan Ahmet Bey de aynı şekilde çok ilgili davrandı. Biz eşimle harika bir konaklama yaptık. Kahvaltı ve yemekleri harikaydı. Özellikle testi kebabı mutlaka denenmeli. Akşam yemeği için bize çok güzel bir teras hazırladılar. Manzara harikaydı, suit mağara oda çok otantik ve temizdi. Çok güzel bir deneyim yaşadık. Evimizde olduğumuz gibi çok rahat hissettik. Çalışan her kişi o kadar samimi ki, ne zaman yolumuz düşse burayı tercih ederiz kesinlikle. Otelin konumu Uçhisar kalesinin hemen altında, otel bahçesinden görünüyor. Çok tatlı bir otel tereddütsüz tercih edilebilir. Diğer bir etken ise hayvansever bir işletme olması. Fazıl Bey ve Ahmet Beye sonsuz teşekkürler.

Parfait week-end en Cappadocia

Très bon séjour au Carmin Cave Hotel. L'hôte Ramazan est aux petits soins pour ses invités (conseils sur la région, flexibilité, petites attentions, il vous propose même de vous emmener la ou vous voulez gratuitement quand des amis à lui y vont). L'hôtel est agréable et les chambres belles et confortables. N'hésitez pas !
