Pros:

Don’t expect too much for the price of this room in Canas: Tiny room with dated interior. Hard but comfortable mattresses. Surprisingly good toilet paper! Efficient breakfast buffet, safe off-street parking. Did we sleep?
Yes! Two whole nights!

Cons:

Smelly pillows, yellowish sheets. Noisy upper neighbours. No hot shower.

Not too far from the highway which helped as we were passing through to Liberia and stayed 1 night. We checked in later around 11.00pm and the staff were helpful and accommodating.

Cons:

It was passable, we stayed 1 night and it was bearable as we were passing through to Liberia. There was a large gap underneath the door which let in some large insects (the hotel room was clean).

Que solo una toalla en el baño, con la que se seca una el cuerpo es igual para la cara y cabello. Y los precios de los desayunos algo elevados.

A las 11:00 pm ya dormidos recibieron un bus lleno de personas, todos hicieron ruido alto hasta el punto de despertar a mi hijo de 10 meses 2 veces. A la hora de hacer la observación a la persona de recepción me dijo que no podía hacer nada, que no era adivino y hasta siento que se burló de mí cuando le estaba haciendo el reclamo por qué no se podía dormir/descansar me dice en tono burlesco “que descans”. Una pésima experiencia.

Debo agregar que en dos ocasiones trataron de abrí mi habitación con llave, fue otro motivo de reclamo, la persona de recepción dice que él no era adivino para saber si estaba ocupada o no. Le consulté que si no tenía control de las habitaciones ya ocupadas y respondió que no era adivino.

Good stop over
Pros:

Great stay for one night on our way to Guanacaste from LA fortuna.. we were going to see the nearby puma sanctuary so it was a clean and affordable stop. The parking felt secure and the staff was great . I have two dogs- one is a card certified dog and the other is just a pet... they did charge a fee for both animals evenn tho one is not supposed to be charged for . We felt safe walking around the neighborhood.
