I honestly do not recommend staying at this hotel. For the same price, you can definitely find a much better place. The

The city center and access to the hotel were good.

Cons:

The lady at the reception only speaks Italian, so it’s basically impossible to communicate or arrange anything. Breakfast is not really included in the price — you only get coffee, juice, and a stale croissant filled with sour jam. The croissant was completely inedible! I honestly don’t understand how Booking.com allows accommodations to be sold as “bed and breakfast” under these conditions.
