- عدم الاستجابه لطلبات الخدمه في الغرف
- تم استبدال الغرفه بدون اي علم ومبرر

الموقع والسياره الموقف فيها مجاني

Cons:

اولا الدخول جدا مخيب للامل حاجزين وجايين قبل وقت الدخول بساعه لتسجيل الدخول ومع ذلك لم ندخل الا بعد الساعه 5 انتظار اتوقع الحجوزات ع بعض وغير مدروس
وغير كذا قالوا الباصات توصل للحرم فعلا وصلتنا لكن لما رجعنا انتظرنا حول الساعه وآخرتها ماجاء الباص ولا جاء اصلا يقولون ممنوعين كان خبرونا من اول كذا
الاسره حديد والمراتب غير مريحه
لكن تعتبر نظيفه الغرفه
مع ان قد جيناها من قبل كانت حلوه ودخولها اسرع من كذا
