As we arrived we thought the apartment smelled of smoke but due to time constraints unfortunately we didn't report this and now wish I had! Now calling us liars and trying to say we smoked in the apparment which absolutely isn't true. Manager refused to call me, was told he won't do anything anyway. So I have been charged £100 with no prior warning or explanation but they say they did send an email which I do not have. Awful customer service and would advise people to steer clear and do not give them your bank details, absolute con artists!

Great location for the city and spacious accommodation.
Pros:

Really great location, just a short walk from Glasgow central and easy access to the centre to of the city. Spacious apartment, good heating and ventilation. Ideal for a family with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The kitchen layout was good with all the basics for cooking a meal.

Cons:

Nothing, worked well for us.

Het bed

Cons:

Het bad was beschadigd en je hoorde veel gekraak aan de deuren enzo. Ook was de douche matig en stonk het in het complex heletijd naar curry. En we vonden het maar raar dat er twee mannen de heledag in het trappenhuis zaten.

The apartment was nice, fairly basic, location good but our apartment was at the front and noisy
Pros:

The location was good

Cons:

The car park was difficult to find, especially at night in the dark. There was a lot of road works all around and it took us a while to get there.

Our apartment was at the front and it was quite noisy with traffic, car alarms from the NCP going off.

Pros:

Decent apartment.

Cons:

Beware the “bus gate” - came home to £100 fines for passing through barely noticeable restricted zone, when following Google Maps. Go directly into the underground car park on the street behind to avoid this.
