Very central with large rooms
No lift until you’ve struggled up one flight of stairs with your bags
The location was perfect
I arrived with my 14 yr old daughter late and although very spacious, the place was rife with the smell of pot , when I went to get some plates out the cupboard, there was a half smoked joint on a plate...not pleasant to say the least...the shower would only work in one of the bathrooms if you held the stop start button.

It’s in a very good location for shopping and events.
The carpets were all stained and dirty. The tables were all scratched and could do with being updated.
Very central locality for transport links, music venues and food/drink for all the family
Close to the train station
It was dirty, the fridge didn't work, there were spots on the sofa and beds. Don't look underneath the beds (even if your kids put something underneath it). There were hairs in the shower before we used it, the towels weren't clean.
You have to leave a deposit and trust you get it back, even though you have no proof that it was like this before you came. We took pictures so we would have proof.

Great location, well equipped kitchen, comfy beds and generally pretty clean.
Could do with a full length mirror and some areas such as the bedside tables and kitchen worktops could do with an update as they were starting to peel/look very worn.
Great central location. Spacious apartment (2bed), car park available for reasonable price but not secure
Beds not very comfortable. Discovered late that shower above bath broken and not able to use.
