Close to the train station

Cons:

It was dirty, the fridge didn't work, there were spots on the sofa and beds. Don't look underneath the beds (even if your kids put something underneath it). There were hairs in the shower before we used it, the towels weren't clean.
You have to leave a deposit and trust you get it back, even though you have no proof that it was like this before you came. We took pictures so we would have proof.

Great for a girls trip.
Pros:

Great location, well equipped kitchen, comfy beds and generally pretty clean.

Cons:

Could do with a full length mirror and some areas such as the bedside tables and kitchen worktops could do with an update as they were starting to peel/look very worn.

Excellent location, comfort could be improved
Pros:

Great central location. Spacious apartment (2bed), car park available for reasonable price but not secure

Cons:

Beds not very comfortable. Discovered late that shower above bath broken and not able to use.

Priced like luxury, presented like a letdown.
Pros:

Good location.

Cons:

Advertised as Executive Apartments - Executive in price only - the condition tells a different story. A mismatch between the glossy listing and the worn reality. Poor communication and check-in experience and very scruffy.

Great location, but felt more like a student flat than a luxury apartment stay.
Pros:

Great location and lovely warm welcome from the staff very helpful parking really good with underground space.

Cons:

Did not feel like a superior apartment very run down and not like the photos on the advert. Bathroom not very clean bath panel broken and grubby. Tv off the wall in bedroom. No coffee or tea in the apartment which for luxury apartment you would expect.

Great apartment however needs maintenance
Pros:

Excellent location and great sized apartment. Exactly what we needed for the weekend.

Cons:

The carpets and couches were extremely badly stained to the point where they need fully replaced as I doubt even a clean would get all the stains out

So very disappointing and will not be returning.

The size of the rooms were good

Cons:

1. Entrances to both the main reception and entrance to the apartments were dirty with thread bare carpets. Curry smells were extremely strong in the entrance to the apartment lifts. The lift was dirty and uncared for
2. The apartment is not representative of the photos in the website. These photos are several years old and show a lovely, warm and inviting apartment. This is not reality. The rooms have been upgraded with floor boards not actually meeting the joins. The sofa is used and does not look clean. The dining room chairs don’t fit the decor and are marked
3. Dirty plates were in the cupboard, instructions were incorrect for the current appliances. The chopping board smelled. Only 3 plates and bowls available. Cups were tiny. Kitchen supplies were so limited, it was insulting.
4. Bathroom heater was rusty and full of dust. Shower screens did not work to retain water when showering. Towel rail did not work.
I will not go on and on.
What was received was also overpriced for similar properties but we were tired and didn’t have the energy to move out.
When this was discussed with the front desk he was very willing to send in cleaners. As we felt that the same cleaning would be provided and would not change the failings of the apartment, we declined this offer.
We will not be returning nor will I tell friends to visit this or any other VCity apartments.
