We stayed twice and were very happy both times.
Pros:

There was no breakfast provided, but the full kitchen was great. The location is a rather down and out area, but very central, and close to everything you could want.

Book here if you like dirty bedding and broken windows.
Cons:

Broken window in one bedroom didn't close properly hence street noise all night. We were concerned that it might actually fall out!
Also our son came one night so we asked to use the sofa bed in the apartment. We were charged and provided with a sheet, pillow and blanket. When we came to make up the bed, the previous dirty bedding was still on the sofa bed, including a false nail and dirty mattress protector - utterly revolting. There was no one present on site to rectify this, and when I spoke with the manager the next day to complain she seemed surprised that I was not impressed - and despite explicitly asking for a refund for the extra money she said that as a sheet had been provided that this was impossible.

Overall amazing location and great value for money
Pros:

Fantastic location, great size, comfy beds

Cons:

Slightly hard to find and check in (different door for reception than the apartments). Small signs of wear and tear in some places, particularly the kitchen

It was a good location

Cons:

We ended up with rashes all over our body from the beds. The apartment was unclean and smelled very bad.
