バチカン市国まで歩いて訳5－7分の所に位置していて、お店が多く不便しないですが、とても静かで治安が良く感じることが出来ました。ホストのマイクさんもお母さんもとても良くしていただき滞在中にまったく不便を感じることなく、安心して過ごすことが出来ました。日本にもとても理解がある方々です！
部屋は一人で過ごすには十分な大きさで、とてもきれいでした！部屋にはクローゼット、シャワー室、独立洗面台、冷蔵庫もあり、おうちのキッチンには電子レンジも使わせて頂きました。また、ローマに滞在する際には必ず選びたいと思うお宿でした！

Nice, quiet location, near couple of bus and one metro station. Quick transfer to all main sites in Roma. 5min walk to Vatican entrance.

Place is clean, beds comfortable.

But the biggest upside are the hosts. We felt very welcome and they gave us so much helpful and timely recommendations, which made our stay in Rome a perfect memory. Our stay felt like we were visiting old friends.

The host was very kind and helpful. Location is also great, within walking distance from the metro and the Vatican, and the building has a beautiful courtyard.

If you ever planning a trip to Rome, you should start by checking out this place. This room is truly a rare gem and now we know why. Besides the superb location in an excellent neighborhood, with lots of great food options, the Vatican is a 15-minute walk away and also reachable by bus. You can get everywhere in the city because it’s very well connected by public transportation. Especially the Ottaviano subway station gets you to Termini train station in about 10 minutes. The hosts Mike and Silvana are just wonderful and always available to help you with anything. For starters, they allowed us to leave our bags there early, before check-in time, they made us feel like right at home. Each day they gave us the best recommendations about the best places in town to hang out, eat, and even where to buy groceries in the same place locals shop. We bought guanciale and pecorino cheese and they offered to store them in their own fridge while we stayed. They are also very thoughtful in every aspect and treat you very well, always making sure you’re comfortable. For instance, it rained a lot during our stay, and Silvana always offered us an umbrella.
We can’t be more grateful and happy to have found this place and wish we could rate it higher than 10. We hope everyone can have a piece of this experience and see how their Roman holiday just gets better!

Wonderful little B; it's near everything; initially little confusing to find, very good location, lots, lots of restaurants. little shops; on 5th floor w/elevator; owner was wonderful; went out of her way to make sure my stay was GREAT; helped with locations; where to go; foods, etc. Definitely stay there again when next in Rome.
