Pour deux nuits, ça restait jouable, mais je ne serai pas restée davantage.
Pros:

Le lit est confortable. Une bouilloire est mise à disposition. L’équipe a gentiment gardé ma valise quelques heures après le Check out.

Cons:

La salle de bain était sale, des cheveux traînant sur la grille d’évacuation. Elle est très insuffisamment aérée, de sorte que le sol, laissé humide le matin, l’est toujours le soir. L’odeur y est un peu désagréable. Le client précédent a oublié son dentifrice, qui se trouvait donc toujours dans la salle de bain. La climatisation est extrêmement sonore, et peu réglable.

Pros:

A good location for an overnight stopover in Seoul. Room was clean and quiet. Close to Bus terminal.

Cons:

Directions given to reach the hotel via the airport shuttle bus were vague. We were told the stop to get off at and then it was a 200m walk. Without the help of a local to take us there we would never have found the hotel as it was done a few streets and laneways. More directions would have been helpful.

Pros:

It was not like what I saw on the website.
I made reservation with two queen size beds but they gave us a single bed. Additionally, the room was very dark and poorly lit, the towels were dirty and very old.
I tried to contact Expedia but when I was chatting with Expedia’s virtual assistant, the communication was cut off. I want a full refund for this terrible experience.
