Hotel muy bien . Booking caótico
Pros:

El trato personal, desde momento que tuvimos que llamar para confirmar que no había problemas con la reserva. Desde booking ( o alguien haciendo pasar por Booking) nos empezaron a bombardear días antes con emails en inglés ( aparecía como remitente booking) indicando que teníamos que entrar en un enlace o se nos cancelaría la reserva. Que ese enlace sólo estaría disponible 6 horas.... Llamamos al hotel pq nos pareció sospechoso y nos confirmaron que esa información no era cierta y habían tenido ya el mismo problema otros usuarios.De hecho ese mismo día nos estuvieron llegando mensajes de Booking indicando que nuestra reserva estaba anulada.
No hubo ningún problema con la reserva.
Luego durante la estancia genial todo .El personal muy amable, el sitio está muy limpio y muy buena ubicación.

Cons:

En ningún momento desde Booking nos han dado una explicación de lo sucedido
El hotel ypersonal del mismo genial.
Booking pues tras esta experiencia a pesar de usarlo a menudo, dudo si volveré a usar .

Lo cerca que estaba todo.
Tanto la playa de regla, como lo que se debe visitar de Chipiona.
