Wonderful Place
Pros:

The room was cossy and comfy,the staff at the relationship was friendly and gave clear instructions,easy to follow

Freezing cold
Pros:

Location was great. Room was clean.

Cons:

Absolutely freezing cold. There was a storage heater but it didn't work properly to actually heat the room. The price of room only while sales are on is always higher but absolute extortionate for a freezing room

Room very disappointing but staff especially the manager was lovey- glad it was an overnight stay to

Hotel was pretty and the manager Ashland I think was his name was lovely and kind but the room was up 4 flights of narrow stairs and was not the best. Although the bed was comfy

Pros:

The hotel had 1 staff doing everything. I paid 260£ for a room as it was racing day but charged me 20£ extra as I wanted midday time as racing was 1.30 had to get changed but nobody was in the room. Tv did not have any reception. Penthouse view he said was piece land all overgrown patio area filthy. Bed was very cozy tho and the one man was very helpful but way to expensive for one day
