Great location
Pros:

The location is wonderful, and the restaurant was good. Great cocktails.

Cons:

No air conditioning in my very small room. I was offered another room but for more money.

Pros:

We loved the decor and the garden was equally as nice. Lovely sun trap. Garden room was good, with microwave, toaster, etc as hotel doesn't do breakfasts.

Cons:

We has a garden room. A shelf is needed in the bathroom for toiletries. Handle on the window was loose so couldn't open the window. Not sure why the toilet had so manage gadgets. A standard loo would do.

Great place catering for the young and lively .
Pros:

A great position in the high street and set out really nicely for eating inside or out .
A very lively Disco in the night I stayed ( Saturday ) not to everyone’s tasted but I enjoyed it .

Cons:

I always ask for parking with my booking and sadly on arrival at 3.30 there wasn’t any spaces left . Car park close but could cause issues for disabled customers.

Clean and comfortable room with good facilities and security
Pros:

Clean and comfortable room with excellent security (important for a solo female traveller). The room was quiet despite being over the front door of the building, and the bed was comfortable. The towels were of good quality, and there were rubber and fabric non slip bath mats for the shower room. Cleanliness was excellent too.

Cons:

Parking at the hotel was taken over by three large contractor vans so I had to park on the high street. This could be a problem for a guest who wants to leave after 9am They could be asked to park on the high street instead as they had left by 9am. Shower pressure was a little low but plenty of hot water.

Pros:

El hotel está ubicado muy cerca de High Street, la vía principal de Newmarket, por lo que todo está al alcance de unos cuantos pasos. Es un hotel espacioso y amigable, con un simpático patio interior que hace las veces de terraza con mesas al aire libre, para comer y/o tomar algo. Los lodges rodean el patio y las habitaciones son luminosas y bien llevadas. Te dan dos códigos, uno para abrir la puerta exterior y otro para entrar en tu habitación. Es una opción ideal para asistir a las carreras, toda vez que el bus al hipódromo parte justo frente al restaurante Unico, a pocos pasos del hotel.

Cons:

En líneas generales, todo estuvo bien. Si hay que buscarle un pero, podría decir que las veladas con música y baile son un tanto ruidosas. Nada que no sea manejable.

Pleasant short stay.
Pros:

Newly refurbished room and wing of property was delightful. Room had gopd favilities with fridge, microwave and coffee makinh facilities.
Lovely garden / courtyard area with under cover seating and infra red heating.

Cons:

Bedroom and shower were on small side and bedroom window looked out onto brick wall.

Pros:

A great place to stay,central for the races, staff were amazing and so helpful. We stayed in the lodges a good room everything you need. It was clean and comfy beds would definitely recommend. Great drinks too and live music both nights.

Pros:

Was given an upgrade. Asked for quiet and was given what’ I’d asked for. Managed to park on site.

Cons:

Free upgrade was from single to double. But the double was 2 beds put together. Which dipped in the centre and I had to cover with a pillow for comfort.

Staff very friendly.

Cons:

The room was not very clean - thick dust on top of the TV and dust on bedside cabinets. Fridge door was dirty. Window ledges dirty and the tiles behind the sink were not clean. The shower slip mat, which was a great idea, was filthy - it clearly not been cleaned in sometime.
