Great! My go to place in Manchester from now on.
Pros:

Rooms are clean, comfortable and ‘homely’. Above a good pub that closes by 11pm so quite enough to sleep. Great friendly staff, nothing too much trouble. Free Parking. Easy check in/out. It has ‘the personal touch’

Cons:

No breakfast. But definitely not a deal breaker. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Lovely weekend, easy to find and comfy

Perfect place to eat and sleep!
Pros:

Have stayed at this establishment many a time and it is superb! Lovely, friendly, helpful staff. Cosy, comfortable room with great tv and fab bathroom. Also, I received a £10 voucher for food served in the Pub which we took advantage of. The food is excellent. Proper home cooked grub! A perfect place to eat and sleep! 😁

Cons:

Not a complaint as it didn't affect our stay; but there are no BBC channels available now on the tv which I'm sure there used to be.

Ok but needs improving
Pros:

Good size room and comfy bed/pillows
Decent sized TV in room
Decent location to get to the city centre

Cons:

I stayed in room 2 and could hear the music from the bar clear as day all night!
The shower head leaked and the shower tray flooded twice!

Cosy and comfy!
Pros:

Lovely, cosy comfortable room. Facilities were great (fab tv, plenty of tea, coffee, biscuits, etc hairdryer, iron) and the place was spotless.

Nothing!

A Great Stay!
Pros:

Lovely clean comfortable room. Great tv and bathroom. Plenty of towels and extra toilet roll in bathroom. In the wardrobe there is a hairdryer, iron and tabletop ironing board, plus an oscillating fan. All your needs are catered for. The room temperature is always perfect, plus a radiator in bathroom which is a bonus. Staff are very friendly and helpful and the food served downstairs in the Pub is first class! 👌

Nothing I didn't like.

Convenient place to stay away from the city centre with parking and comparitively not that expensive
Pros:

On arrival the lady behind the bar was very friendly and efficient. We had the family room as I was sharing with my son. The family room and the en-suite bathroom is very large. Although the rooms are above the pub, we didn't hear any noise from downstairs.

Cons:

We think that the batteries weren't working in the remote control for the TV which by the way was enormous. It would have been nice to be told where we could find the nearest breadfast cafe etc.

Great stay
Pros:

It was a great stay, even though it was above a pub on a Friday and Saturday and with a function going on you couldn't hear a thing, the food in the pub was lovely and the staff were really friendly and helpful, we stayed as we had a gig at the co op arena then we're doing the Christmas markets and it was a great location, not far at all in an Uber

Great weekend gig stay over
Pros:

The friendliness of the staff upon arrival and throughout the stay was fantastic,, really welcoming and nothing too much trouble..
