This place was not up to the standards of any normal hotel or home stay booking. While the location was good and the poi
Pros:

The property was well located near the Hibiya line and the Yamanote line. It was in a cute quiet neighborhood and there were a few Konbini near by as well. The large balcony was a nice plus and offered some good views, but unfortunately it was raining for much of our stay so we didn’t get to use it as much as we would have liked.

Cons:

I booked this property for three people and it was advertised as large enough for three. It was, but it was very tight. Additionally, the room was not properly prepared for us when we arrived. We were given an early check in which I appreciated, but when we got in we found that the fold out bed did not have clean sheets, we did not have enough towels and the floors had not been properly cleaned. We also found that the shower drain trap was nearly clogged from previous stays and had not been cleaned. Additionally, the WiFi is so weak that it is essentially useless. Wee were unable to load even the simplest of things on any of our devices.

It was a bit hard to find. I reserved the spot through booking.com and didn't realize it was like an airbnb and not a hotel.

추천하지만 아쉬움이 남는 숙소
Pros:

가격 대비 방이 넓고 좋아요. 호텔 이용 경험보다 가정집을 이용해보는 느낌이라 색다른 경험이었어요.

Cons:

1. 청소+수건
청소를 매일 해주시는줄 알았는데, 4박5일 동안 한번도 없었어요. 그런데 청소는 괜찮았지만, 수건은 매일 새 수건을 주시길 기대했는데 1장당 500엔 가격으로 수건 대여료를 내야해요. 1박2일 고객과 4박5일 고객이든 상관없이 추가 요금을 지불하지 않는다면 같은 수건을 써야한다는게 좀 이상했어요. 그럼 1박2일로 4번 결제하면 수건을 매일 받을 수 있었을까? 이런 생각도 들었어요.

2. 기타 서비스
손세정제를 전혀 눌러지지 않아 문의드렸지만, 그냥 뚜껑을 열어서 사용하라는 말씀을 해주시고, 통을 교체해주시거나 다른 조치가 없었어요. 향후에 다른 분들도 사용하실텐데 무리한 부탁을 드렸나 생각이 들기도 해서 괜시리 기본적인 서비스도 못 받은 기분이었어요.

그 외적으로는 다 좋았습니다.

Great value for a roomy-for-Tokyo space with very helpful hosts.
Pros:

The location was a short walk from several Tokyo Metro stops, Ueno Station, and Ueno Park. The staff were very communicative before and during the stay. They even let us leave our luggage in a storage area after we checked out. The apartment was much larger than a traditional hotel room for a great price. The apartment was spotless when we arrived.

Cons:

We had a little bit of trouble finding the entrance when we first arrived. Google Maps had it labeled appropriately: you are looking for a door outside the building that leads directly to the apartment. It probably would have been easy to see in the daytime.

Basic clean apartment in convenient location for short stays
Pros:

Quite sparse with only place to hang jackets in the bedroom (this was winter)

Pros:

Location is convenient. I like the balcony. The neighborhood is quiet.

Cons:

1. There was an unpleasant odor that persists in the room.
2. The WIFI speed is so bad that it was utterly useless. I contacted the management to fix it but it was no update whatsoever. I felt there was not the slightest intention trying to fix the problem --- very disappointing. Don't book it unless you got other ways for connecting the internet.

Cheap if you are 4 people. For 2 people not worth it.
Pros:

Positives:
• very responsive staff online
• Spacious for 2 people
• Very nice balcony
• Kitchen decently equipped

Cons:

Negatives:
• no Hand towels, shower floor mat
• Cleaning not so thorough
• curtains very thin and full light coming in, not easy to sleep after 7am
• No real reception as in hotel, luggage forwarding not really possible
• No elevator and on the 4th floor
