Pros:

The place was cozy with a nice terrace. We were in 3 but with the sofa bed open there was no space left.

Great value for a roomy-for-Tokyo space with very helpful hosts.
Pros:

The location was a short walk from several Tokyo Metro stops, Ueno Station, and Ueno Park. The staff were very communicative before and during the stay. They even let us leave our luggage in a storage area after we checked out. The apartment was much larger than a traditional hotel room for a great price. The apartment was spotless when we arrived.

Cons:

We had a little bit of trouble finding the entrance when we first arrived. Google Maps had it labeled appropriately: you are looking for a door outside the building that leads directly to the apartment. It probably would have been easy to see in the daytime.

Basic clean apartment in convenient location for short stays
Pros:

Good location near Ueno and Okachimachi stations and restaurants.

Cons:

Quite sparse with only place to hang jackets in the bedroom (this was winter)

Location is convenient. I like the balcony. The neighborhood is quiet.

Cons:

1. There was an unpleasant odor that persists in the room.
2. The WIFI speed is so bad that it was utterly useless. I contacted the management to fix it but it was no update whatsoever. I felt there was not the slightest intention trying to fix the problem --- very disappointing. Don't book it unless you got other ways for connecting the internet.

Cheap if you are 4 people. For 2 people not worth it.
Pros:

Positives:
• very responsive staff online
• Spacious for 2 people
• Very nice balcony
• Kitchen decently equipped

Cons:

Negatives:
• no Hand towels, shower floor mat
• Cleaning not so thorough
• curtains very thin and full light coming in, not easy to sleep after 7am
• No real reception as in hotel, luggage forwarding not really possible
• No elevator and on the 4th floor

Pros:

The stay was perfect for a group of 4. The property is well maintained. All facilities were provided. Stayed there for one night comfortably. Tokyo station is 20 min by train and Asakusa is 2.5km away so location is also ideal. Definitely recommend it.

Cons:

A minor thing but would have liked to have some door mats.

Cons:

Attention, location mensongère, l'annonce évoqué un spa qui n'existe pas. L'appartement en soir est pas mal mais pas propre et vétuste par endroit. Le balcon est dégoûtant ... Aucun accueil, boîte à clef ...impossible de contacter le loueur. Bref pas genial.
