Schönes Hotel mit Verbesserungspotential
Pros:

Schönes Hotel, freundliches Personal. Das Familienzimmer ist sehr groß und bequem. Den Indoor-Pool kann man kostenlos nutzen. Die Nutzung der Sauna ist kostenpflichtig. Mit Taxi oder Yandex ist man in 15 Minuten an den wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die Fahrt kostet ca. 2 Euro.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war sehr einfach. Die Speisen waren um 9:30 Uhr nicht mehr frisch. Die Fenster im Zimmer waren sehr schmutzig. Der Pool war schön, aber das Wasser sehr kalt.

オーナーの人が暖かみがあり、帰ってきた時に声をかけてくれるのが楽しみでした。メジャーな観光地に歩いて行けないこともない距離でこのお値段はお手頃、一人旅に向いていると思います。

スタッフが親切
徒歩圏内にスーパーマーケットあり
シャワーの水圧は同じ価格帯の他の宿よりも、強くて良かった
コスパはいいと思います

移動が早かったりして、朝食は食べてないので、その点は評価できません

Cons:

観光スポットの入り口まで徒歩20分位かかった気がするので、片道歩いてみるのはいいですが、タクシーかヤンデックスゴーで観光地まで行ったほうがいいと思います

Pros:

Отдыхали в этом отеле в мае. Очень удобное расположение, на тихой улочке, в пешей доступности до достопримечательностей, магазинов, ресторанов. Сам отель чистый, уютный.

Cons:

Не особо понравились завтраки, в Узбекистане отдыхали уже не в первый раз, но такой скудный завтрак видели впервые.

Pricy for what you are getting and sometimes not very professional
Pros:

Comfortable bed, clean. Good 25-30 min walk to old city center. Windows view was nice.

Cons:

I was told by hotel staff that it will be of course possible to pay by card and Apple Pay. In fact they didn’t accept card because as they said terminal was broken. My parents payed in cash with not clear conversion rate from USD to EUR without any checks or invoice provided. For me looks like unfair and unpleasant situation. I found it unprofessional and disappointing. Please see screenshot of communication (partially in Russian).
Also breakfasts were very limited and same during the whole stay.

Hotel Sauna is available but when I asked them whether I can use it Hotel told me that I need to request it a day before and have to pay additional cost.
