Pros:

We are a family of 4 we had a short stay in Venice this place was great the view,location,room size and everything else for some reason our aircon didn't work on cool only hot but we didn't end needing it anyway as the weather in April was great and the also had a fan so that didn't matter for us

Wir sind rundum sehr zufrieden und können die Unterkunft mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

Die Lage ist hervorragend nur wenige Schritte vom Markusplatz entfernt und somit perfekt für Ausflüge in die Altstadt. Der Gastgeber reagiert sehr schnell und ist jederzeit hilfsbereit.

Die Unterkunft überzeugt durch eine schöne, moderne Architektur und eine hochwertige Ausstattung. Alles ist sehr gepflegt, sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Besonders die Betten sind bequem und sorgen für einen erholsamen Schlaf.
Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Nice stay
Pros:

Definitely location. It is really 2 minutes to San Marco and around bars, restaurants. It is near a chanel, gondols are around such a nice view..The room is small, but enough.

Cons:

Bathroom is very small. Unfortunately, this room in Booking.com doesnot look to the canal instead back of the apartment. We did not see such an option canal view so made our reservation thinking that we have a canal view. This dissapointed us. You have to be careful.

Wir haben eine sehr saubere, gut ausgestattete und schöne Wohnung in guter Lage aufgefunden. Auch wenn wir alle in einem Zimmer geschlafen haben, haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
