I would stay here again. It really was such an excellent location!
Pros:

This was an excellent location, very roomy and comfortable, very clean and the air conditioner worked great!!

Cons:

Not having a front desk staff, like a hotel would, was a little hard for us because a staff on site can be very helpful answering questions and helping with taxis and where to go or the best way to get somewhere.

Pros:

La ubicación. Desde la habitación se veían las góndolas.

Cons:

Para dejar las maletas después de abandonar la habitación, solo hay 4 casilleros para todo el hotel. Tuvimos que buscar un locker independiente y llevar allí las maletas.

Não foi ruim mas não sei se voltaria
Pros:

Localização e aparência nova.

Cons:

Não ter serviço de quarto é algo que não gosto. Sinto falta de ter alguém para jogar o lixo, trocar as toalhas etc. Também não há recepção ou qualquer contato humano. Como se alugasse um studio.

Pros:

The layout of the hotel room matches the photos perfectly — it’s beautifully decorated and exquisite. What’s more, the location is unbeatable: it’s extremely close to San Marco Square in Venice, practically just a short walk downstairs to reach the landmark.

Although, the check-in process was a little lengthy and cumbersome. When we first arrived in Venice, we spent ages trying to locate the hotel because its entrance is quite hidden. Once we finally found it, we realised how conveniently positioned it is near all the sights.

The hotel also provided a generous supply of tea bags and coffee pods, which we really enjoyed. The only major downside was the extremely loud air conditioning at night; it kept making a constant thudding noise that we couldn’t figure out the cause of.

All things considered, we had a great overall stay, and we would definitely book this hotel again if we get the chance to come back.

Great location and apartment, sadly we had an issue with our Aircon

We loved the location, cleanliness, facilities, the bedroom view, small kitchenette, it was great for our 4 night stay in Venice.

Cons:

Sadly for the duration of our stay, the air-conditioning did not work and we were only given one fan for a large room with 3 beds in, which during a heat wave was not sufficient enough. The apartment was so hot, we barely slept, if we opened the windows we would get bitten to pieces by mosquitos as there was no netting on the windows. I run quite hot already and specifically booked something with air conditioning so it was very disappointing, however we made the most of it and after a lot of complaining back and forth with their customer service via WhatsApp we were refunded 30% and offered 30% off our next stay within the same company.

I do wish we had been told in advance the Aircon was not working as we would have asked for a full refund and rebooked else where, we were really unable to use the apartment other than to kind of sleep in as it was unbreakable to sit in, particularly as it was on the top floor of the building, getting ready in the evening was pretty awful, we were celebrating my mum's 60th Birthday so it was a shame, but I have given 8/10 as if the Aircon was working it actually would have been a 10/10 place to stay.
