The apartment was in the best location. It was very central to everything. We absolutely loved the entry with the canal view and the laundry room was an added bonus after our many days of travelling. The canal view leaning out from our bedroom and living room window was great. The apartment is small, but absolutely fine as we didn't need anything more as we were only there for sleeping as Venice has too much to offer!

Eine sauberes und tolles Zimmer.
Pros:

Sehr großes Appartement mit 4 Betten in zwei Zimmern. Sauber und modern eingerichtet. Der Blick auf die Innenstadt auf einen Kanal und die Gondeln war sehr schön. Klimaanlage im August einfach nötig. Nur 5min vom Markusplatz entfernt und kostenlose Gepäckaufbewahrung für eine spätere Abreise.

Tudo, quarto confortável, ducha perfeita, localização excelente, retorno rápido na solução do Wi-Fi quando chegamos que estava com problema, mas logo corrigido e depois mais tivemos mais nenhum problema. Deixaram café, leite e água para usar além de possibilitar deixar as malas antes com segurança

We kunnen deze plaats alleen maar aanraden om te genieten van Venetië.
Pros:

Perfecte locatie! Heel ruim appartement. Duidelijke communicatie rond het inchecken. Prachtig om de gondels vanuit het raam te zien passeren. Ook de kids sliepen in een comfortabel bed. Aparte ruimte met keuken en eettafel, ideaal voor een gezin met 4.

I would stay here again. It really was such an excellent location!
Pros:

This was an excellent location, very roomy and comfortable, very clean and the air conditioner worked great!!

Cons:

Not having a front desk staff, like a hotel would, was a little hard for us because a staff on site can be very helpful answering questions and helping with taxis and where to go or the best way to get somewhere.

Localização e aparência nova.

Cons:

Não ter serviço de quarto é algo que não gosto. Sinto falta de ter alguém para jogar o lixo, trocar as toalhas etc. Também não há recepção ou qualquer contato humano. Como se alugasse um studio.

Para dejar las maletas después de abandonar la habitación, solo hay 4 casilleros para todo el hotel. Tuvimos que buscar un locker independiente y llevar allí las maletas.

The layout of the hotel room matches the photos perfectly — it’s beautifully decorated and exquisite. What’s more, the location is unbeatable: it’s extremely close to San Marco Square in Venice, practically just a short walk downstairs to reach the landmark.

Although, the check-in process was a little lengthy and cumbersome. When we first arrived in Venice, we spent ages trying to locate the hotel because its entrance is quite hidden. Once we finally found it, we realised how conveniently positioned it is near all the sights.

The hotel also provided a generous supply of tea bags and coffee pods, which we really enjoyed. The only major downside was the extremely loud air conditioning at night; it kept making a constant thudding noise that we couldn’t figure out the cause of.

All things considered, we had a great overall stay, and we would definitely book this hotel again if we get the chance to come back.
