Good value for money with a few reservations.
Pros:

The location is perfect. The rooms are freshly renovated and clean. The view from the window is amazing. The manager is always ready to help.

Cons:

Everything was good but good to know before booking that:

The shower cabin doors are so narrow it would be almost impossible for a plus size person to use.

The breakfast setting was also a bit complicated for our group. There's no breakfast area at the hotel so you need to choose your breakfast and the management brings it to your room next morning.

The staff wasn't speaking English

The reception is a small booth outside the main building.

Pros:

The location is really nice place in the city centre and close to everywhere in the city. Room was clean and well equipped. All room staff was working properly.

Cons:

The administrator was not on place and we waited around 10 mins. Only way was to contact the administrator was phone call but as a tourist, we may not have Armenian SIM.

Overall, the stay was acceptable, but we had to pay extra to move from a room that smelled of smoke.
Pros:

The location was convenient for our family, and having three rooms helped us stay together. Staff responded when we reported the issue with one room.

Cons:

One of the rooms smelled of smoke. When we asked to change rooms, we were told we could move only if we paid extra because the available room was larger, even though the change was requested due to the smoke smell.

Very enjoyable, worth the money
Pros:

The location was perfect. There were shops, restaurants and pharmacies right under it. The staff was super friendly and was able to accomodate all of my requests and help me with everything I needed.

Cons:

Unfortunately my room did not have a window, but there was some nice scenery wallpaper, so I didn't feel completely shut off

В центре Гюмри, локация прекрасная.
Pros:

В январе (ночью было минус 23) в номере тепло, номер чистый, ремонт свежий, расположение хорошее, было не шумно, персонал friendly.

Cons:

На час задержали заселение, номер не был готов, душевая кабина протекала, это создавало некоторые сложности. Горячая вода шла не сразу, нужно было подождать. Вход в гостиницу не очень удобный, но без тяжелых чемоданов ок.
