Worth Every Dollar!
Pros:

Everything I needed was there such as a gas station nearby, Walmart SuperCenter across the street and 5 minutes of a drive to my workplace.

This hotel might have been OK for a one-night stay, if you did not want laundry, breakfast, or pool.
Pros:

The Internet listed a continental breakfast. I found out the continental breakfast was only available on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. The other four days of the week were limited to a basket in the lobby. The Wi-fi and TV worked. Coffee was available most of the day. My room had a functional microwave.

Cons:

There was no continental breakfast. When there was, the only thing that was added was a few more apples, also old and wrinkled, cold cereal, yogurt, and toast. There were no laundry facilities. While I was staying there, a window fell out! I had never touched it. The pool and spa were closed. Another review said that was due to failing health inspections.

Awkward
Pros:

Nice big room with mountain view at a good price. It was quiet and clean.

Cons:

When arriving, host had a friend in deep conversation and it seemed like his friend got to stay for free. The Host's friend greeted me before he ran upstairs. Then the host greeted me and it felt very awkward the way he was talking to me. He seemed high, took 10 minutes to explain the deposit and check me in when I had no pet. I felt like I was getting scammed. He forgot my ID in the scanner which I found slid under my door in the morning.

Excellent value
Pros:

Very competitive price, excellent location for me.

Cons:

Ad said “free breakfast,” night manager at first said “not in winter” but then called my room to say, “free breakfast is back on beginning at 6:00 am.” But when I went down at 6:45, the morning guy was just starting the coffee and I had to leave for my appointment. That was disappointing but McDonald is right next door. And the morning guy did try to make amends by handing me a banana and yogurt.

Only stayed 1 night and everything was OK except the AC.
Pros:

Comfortable bed.

Cons:

AC was on the coldest setting but did not produce enough cold air therefore the night was a warmer room than we like to sleep in.

Good value for the money. Clean room, clean bed, that's all I needed.
Pros:

Location was perfect for my visit. I had work to do and this hotel was right across the street from where I was working. I needed a clean palce to sleep and that is what I got.

Cons:

The sink in the room was s-l-o-o-o-w flowing. Also, the night I stayed there was a bit noisy, doors slamming, footsteps from the floor above, etc.. I kind of expect stuff like that, but it seemed that all the noise was louder than expected.
