Stay was OK and nothing great to mention.
Pros:

The location was out of town and so parking was easy.

Cons:

Rooms was not well maintained. Cabinet in the washroom was broken. 2 lights in the room were flickering. Bedsheets were dirty and pillow covers were looking used. Appreciate if the management paid a little more attention to the maintenance aspect of the place. Breakfast served was mediocre and stale.

We did not like the Hotel it was a bad experience and totally disappointed. I have explained the details of our stay as given herein below.

Cons:

The Room walls were very dirty and the Washroom was exteremly very bad as there was leakage of water from the taps, the Comode Seat was broken and not fixed, there was no Bucket to fill water, the floor was very dirty and unhygienic and unhealthy. The entire family was disappointed having a bad experience. we didnot even have our Breakfast, and booking from your portal henceforth is very much to think. I don't know how your company tolerates to have such hotel customer to go and stay in such hotels. The Pictures in the Portal was so good, and personally seeing its more and more dirty and uncomfortable. I will be happy if you could reimburse our amount as the amount we paid was not upto the mark and the expectations.

Location, room design

Cons:

I had booked 4 rooms, Light switches faulty, no towels and water bottles in some rooms. That night male receptionust (name unknown) was too slow, didn't answer to our concerns, poor communication skills . There were no one to support carry our luggage upstairs, we had to carry them ourselves.
