Pros:

Room was spacious and clean. It was located at a good place with good view. The staff were hospitable. Service was quick as well.

Cons:

The main door upper handle was broken, washroom door handle was broken. Thats why gave 9/10.

V.poor maintenance of rooms.

The weather.

Cons:

Very poor housekeeping. Linen was dirty. Kettle had live worms wriggling. TV didn't work, fan & AC stuck on 1 setting, taps in toilet leaking. Flush didn't work.

Terribly maintained, super unhygienic, dirty place
Pros:

Comfortable bed - the mattress, pillows, sheets - all good quality

Cons:

1. Terribly maintained. The room was dirty. Thick layer of dirt on all surfaces. Pillows, sheets , bathroom - everything in the room was dirty
2. Untrained Front desk staff. They had no clue what they were doing. Check-in took forever

Overall, terribly maintained place. For a relatively new place, this place looks like the dumps

It was very good due to perfect location.we could go sightseeing comfortably
Pros:

Cleanliness, owner helped in finding cab, location.
They r running it good n reasonable.
But they can keep spare umbrella n raincoats. N be more helpful at night.
Rooms are big n washroom was clean

Cons:

No arrangement/ Collab of food even in emergency. due to rain people couldnt go outside.
I reached late night n it was heavy rain.No online platform works there .but they didn't bother to help . Other residents also were upset .
They can collaborate with any nearby restaurant and get food atleast with some extra charges . complete ignorance is so rude.v went out at 1030 all girls to eat at bus stand
