Pros:

Prachtige kamers met fenomenaal zee-uitzicht. Super netjes en heel modern. Uitgebreid en lekker ontbijt en heel vriendelijk personeel

Cons:

Enige minpuntje is de steile wandeling om naar de restaurants en het strand te gaan.

Bella struttura, molto recente e staff cordiale.
Abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema che è stato risolto nel minor tempo possibile.
Ottima colazione!

Cons:

A piedi 15 min dal centro, con una piccola salita per raggiungere l’hotel, a questo prezzo ci sarebbe stata anche una piscina privata.

Nowoczesny hotel z małym "ale"
Pros:

Hotel nowoczesny, czyściutki, pokoje duże, komfortowe. Restauracja z rewelacyjnym widokiem i smacznymi (choć lekko monotonnymi przy dłuższym pobycie) śniadaniami. Personel, zwłaszcza w restauracji, bardzo miły.

Cons:

Czujemy się trochę zawiedzeni, bo zaraz po dokonaniu rezerwacji w hotelu, dostaliśmy maila, że do naszej dyspozycji za darmo będzie dostępny basen w hotelu obok. Miała to być tegoroczna nowość. Po przybyciu do Albanii w sierpniu, o basenie pracownik recepcji nawet nie wspomniał. Gdy zapytaliśmy o to, powiedziano nam, że basenu jednak nie ma, bo w międzyczasie zmienił się wlasciciel sąsiedniego hotelu i ten na taką współpracę się nie zgadza.
Jednak o tym nikt przed przyjazdem nas nie poinformował. Ok , wprawdzie rezerwowaliśmy hotel bez basenu, ale jak już nas mailowo poinformowano, że basen będzie, to się już trochę na korzystanie z niego nastawiliśmy. Uważam, że skoro się coś zmieniło w tej kwestii, powinniśmy być o tym również poinformowani mailowo.
Pokój, ktory dostaliśmy był duży i czysty, ale znajdował się bezpośrednio pod niedużym tarasikiem od strony ulicy, na którym stało kilka stolików metalowych i krzeseł. W nocy ludzie cały czas przesuwali te krzesła i stoły, co powodowało duży hałas w naszym pokoju wybudzajacy nas ze snu do okolo 3 w nocy codziennie. Zgłosiliśmy to w recepcji i wyjaśniono nam, że najprawdopodobniej z tych krzeseł korzystają przypadkowi ludzie przechodzący ulicą i dostaliśmy zapewnienie, że w trakcie ciszy nocnej stoliki te zostaną wyłączone z użytku (tym bardziej, że od drugiej strony był duży, przepiękny taras z cudownym widokiem, z ktorego mogli korzystać goście hotelowi). Niestety ta obietnica nie została spełniona a hałas w nocy towarzyszył nam cały pobyt i utrudniał wypoczynek.
Mimo tych niedogodności, pobyt w hotelu i sam hotel oceniamy pozytywnie.

Sentir “casa” fora de casa! Um aconchego.
Pros:

Tudo! O alojamento é maravilhoso, as pessoas são maravilhosas, tudo muito limpo, muito cuidado com os hóspedes, fazem-nos sentir em casa. Recomendo e se um dia voltar, voltarei a ficar aqui com toda a certeza. A Silvana ficará nos nossos corações para sempre, mas todo o staff é absolutamente incrível. Só posso agradecer.

Pros:

Beautiful property, look after incredibly. Clean, modern, and luxury feeling. Insane views of the sea and the location is top notch. The owner checked us in, Slyvia, and she was a gem. She was unwaveringly kind to us and helped us in any possible way. I would 100% recommend staying here. It’s a beautiful hotel run by an amazing family

Family vacation
Pros:

We stayed here as a family of 9 and had a great time! The place was very clean, and room cleaning was perfect every day. We loved the beautiful views, and the food was really delicious with very filling breakfasts. The reception staff was welcoming, and the restaurant waiters were friendly and fast. We highly recommend this place!

Very disappointing
Pros:

The location

Cons:

The air conditioning was not working & the weather was hot. When I asked the staff they said they couldn’t do anything.

We stayed for 5 days & not once was our room cleaned! Had to ask for towels & toilet paper.

Frühstück war top. Zimmer waren sauber und groß. Personal sehr freundlich und bemüht

Cons:

Die Lage wird online besser dargestellt als es ist. Nach Saranda Port sind es 36 Minuten und das steil bergauf und bergab zu Fuß. Man ist gezwungenen ein Taxi zu nehmen. Das Hotel vermittelt zwar aber 25€ für eine Fahrt von rund 10 Minuten sind eine Frechheit. Preis Leistung passt hier nicht.
