Nice and kind
Pros:

A very welcoming hotel. All the staff were incredibly kind and went above and beyond to meet our expectations. The view was breathtaking and just like the photos. I hope we’ll definitely be back.
P.S.: The scent of the soaps and shampoo was amazing, it’s rare to find hotels with such high-quality products!

Cons:

They have a weird rule regarding key cards and its 1 per room even though theres multiple adults in a room. Doesnt work out well if someone wants to stay in and the other person wants to go out till late as the person stayin in needs the card for the electricity to work etc

Pros:

Staying here felt less like a hotel and more like visiting family. We cannot praise Silvana enough; she was an absolute maternal figure, incredibly approachable, and went above and beyond for us. When a local restaurant wouldn't cooperate with an order, she did everything she could to help, and even offered to whip up a custom off-menu meal so our toddler wouldn't be disappointed. We felt so incredibly welcomed.

The food was also fantastic. While breakfast was simple, the pre-cooked fried eggs were done to perfection with crispy edges and jammy yolks. We also had dinner twice—the sea bass was top-notch, and the hand-cut, rustic chips were a massive hit with our son. If we return to Sarandë, we will definitely stay here again.

Cons:

There were just a few minor things to note: unlike most hotels, there was no complimentary water or tea/coffee provided in the room. Additionally, the room curtains didn't close fully, though the outside light actually served as a helpful nightlight for our toddler, so it didn't bother us.

The only real safety concern for us was that the room lacked an additional internal door lock (like a high latch or chain). With a curious toddler, we had to be extra vigilant to ensure he didn't open the door and wander out.

Pros:

This property was fantastic. The staff and owners were beyond welcoming and friendly. We enjoyed our stay here beyond means. We will definitely be returning to stay at this amazing hotel.

Leider nicht wie erwartet. Unfreundliches Personal und Pool nicht nutzbar

Positiv hervorzuheben sind lediglich die schöne Aussicht und die sauberen Zimmer – auch wenn teilweise nicht einmal Glühbirnen vorhanden waren. Parkplatz ist sehr groß und gleich gegenüber vom Hotel. Frühstück war sehr gut und es gab eine große Auswahl.

Cons:

Wir waren leider sehr enttäuscht von unserem Aufenthalt. Die vielen positiven Bewertungen können wir absolut nicht nachvollziehen, da unsere Erfahrung leider ganz anders war.
Bereits beim Check-in fühlten wir uns nicht willkommen. Der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption war die ganze Zeit mit seinem Handy beschäftigt und beachtete uns zunächst überhaupt nicht. Auch der weitere Empfang war sehr unfreundlich.
Vor unserer Anreise hatten wir nach der Online-Buchung eine Nachricht erhalten, dass wir den Pool im Art Hotel nutzen könnten. An der Rezeption wusste darüber allerdings niemand Bescheid. Im anderen Hotel wurde uns dann mitgeteilt, dass der Besitzer des Litan Hotels gewechselt habe und der Poolzugang deshalb nicht mehr möglich sei. Sehr enttäuschend, vor allem weil damit geworben wurde.
Auch das Badezimmer war leider unpraktisch. Die Dusche hat keine Tür, wodurch beim Duschen das komplette Bad unter Wasser steht.
Das Abendessen im Hotel können wir ebenfalls nicht empfehlen. Unsere gesamte Bestellung – Aperitif, Vorspeise und Hauptgang – wurde erst nach etwa 40 Minuten gebracht und dann auch noch alles gleichzeitig. Das Essen war kalt und musste nochmals zurückgegeben werden. Außerdem gab der Kellner uns falsche Informationen zu den Gerichten auf der Karte.
Auf Booking steht, dass man in der Landeswährung zahlt. Das Hotel wollte allerdings, dass wir in Euro bezahlen. Beim Abendessen wiederum sollten wir plötzlich in LEK zahlen – Euro wurden auf einmal nicht mehr akzeptiert. Sehr verwirrend und unpraktisch.
Insgesamt leider eine große Enttäuschung.
