Excellent for visiting Sardis
Pros:

The staff were really helpful. We were visiting ancient Sardis and the receptionist made sure we got transport to and from the site and made sure that the price was fair. I would strongly recommend this hotel as a base for visiting Sardis.

Cons:

It seems like a hotel aimed more at business people than tourists. But it’s perfectly suitable for tourists if required.

Overall, Berrak Otel did not meet basic expectations for comfort or value. I cannot recommend this property to anyone
Cons:

Our stay at Berrak Otel was deeply disappointing and not worth the price.
1. Overpriced: The listed price on Booking.com was $68.50, but the hotel’s reception displayed €50 for the same room type. Despite raising the issue with the manager, they refused to refund the difference, claiming the information was “outdated.”
2. Poor Room Conditions: The room had an unbearable cigarette smell, and there were no options to choose between smoking or non-smoking rooms on the listing.
3. Basic Amenities Missing: At this price point, there was only 1 0,5L complimentary bottled water and 1 full-sized towel provided.
4. Maintenance Issues: The sink drain was clogged, and the room, along with the hotel itself, felt old, dusty, and neglected.

It i̇ş conveniently located in the city centre. Clean and the beds are comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful. Open buffet breakfast was very rich with so many options and delicious.
