Quarto muito pequeno, sem janela, propício a cheiro de mofo, mesmo com boa limpeza.
O isolamento acústico do quarto é bem ruim. Muito barulhento. O local faz eventos no rooftop e se ouve tudo no quarto. Às 6h começa a cozinha e também se ouve tudo, panela batendo, talher caindo. Travesseiro não é bom.
