Elite Hotel

In forty years of staying at budget hotels in over sixty countries, this is the first time I have been violently intimidated by staff.

I was extortioned of twenty dollars by a staff member with uncontrollable anger issues. As a result, this is easily the worst hotel stay I've ever had.

As a small glitch when I arrived, they told me that I could not pay by credit card, even though that was not indicated on the booking. Not a nice surprise at 10pm in a new town, but I'm an adult, I can deal with that.

I paid using two twenty-dollar bills. The next morning, when I checked out, there were two people at reception, the one from the night before and another one. The new guy told me there was a problem with my payment and showed me a twenty-dollar bill of which a corner was missing. He said that it was mine and that it would not be accepted by the bank. I told him that the bill was intact the night before.

The man immediately raised his voice. I argued that the bill was intact the previous night, that either it was not my bill or they had torn it. They accepted it the night before, so obviously there was no problem then. But this big man, who is probably more than 1m90 tall, got very angry and started shouting at me. The more I tried to speak with him the more he yelled.

His violence intimidated me, I was very afraid and gave him another 20-dollar bill. I was shaking when I left the hotel and could not think of anything else for the rest of the day. It's fair to say that this ruined my stay.

Apart from that, I can upload some photos to show how gross the bathtub is and of the insane electrical installation, but that is not the problem, I am used to it. I was yelled at, violently intimidated and I now have a 20-dollar bill with a torn corner, which I probably will not be able to use anywhere else. The other attendant was friendly, but violent staff should not work at hotels.

Не понравились убитые номера. Не работающая вентиляция в душной ванной, сломанный чайник. По-моему, надо начинать делать ремонт. Номер на 4 человека, но там 2 стула.

Las camas eran bastante incómodas y las sábanas estaban sucias

Çarşaflar lekeli idi. Yerler halı kaplı temiz değillerdi.

El baño (el olor era desagradable) y las camas bastante duras.

Чистота номера, чистота постели оставляют желать лучшего. Волосы и пятна на простыни и на пододеяльнике. Такое ощущение что не меняли после предыдущего посетителя. Пришлось просить менять постельное белье. Полотенца также в пятнах.

No es un Hotel. Es un Hostel pero a Booking posen Hotel. Falta de manteniment. No hi havia aigua calenta, ni van poder arreglar-ho. Esta lluny dels llocs d'interés pero no ho diu clarameny. Hi ha un metro que funciona molt bé a 10mn caminant (podrien indicar-ho)
