The place to stay if you’re visiting Edinburgh!
Pros:

All staff were so attentive as soon as you arrived until the moment you left. The room was so spacious had everything you needed, spotless, lovely view, comfortable bed and great facilities. Enjoyed a complimentary drink as well which was an added bonus!

Cons:

No negatives in my opinion.

Hochwertige Zimmerausstattung
Pros:

Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und motiviert; ein technisches Problem im Zimmer wurde schnell gelöst. Check-in und Check-out gingen schnell und unkompliziert. Auch die Lage ist gut. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist ausgesprochen hochwertig: Es gibt eine kleine Küche mit eigenem Waschbecken, Mikrowelle und Kaffeemaschine, dazu ein Bügelbrett mit Eisen sowie einen Föhn. Im Eingangsbereich steht ein Schuhregal, das Licht lässt sich unkompliziert regulieren, und der Spiegel im Bad verfügt über eine Nachtlichtfunktion. Insgesamt ein sehr durchdachter Ausbaustandard in Top-Qualität mit hochwertigen Materialien.

Die Zimmer waren sehr staubig aber wir haben sofort neue Handtücher bekommen als wir welche benötigten!

تعامل الموظفين سيء جدا حطوني في غرفه في القبو وانا دافعه حق غرفه مع اطلاله وقالو ممكن بكرا نغيرها ولما سالتهم قالو مافي غرف كلها محجوزه وفي بوكينق كان فيه غرف متاحه كل هذا عشان جيت بدري لان طيارتي وصولها بدري واضطريت انام فيها لاني تعبانه ومحتاجه انام وكانهم يعاقبوني لاني جيت بدري اول مره اشوف فندق كذا الفنادق المحترمه تخليك تدخل بس تدفع زياده مايحطونك في غرفه صغيره وفي القبو والفندق مليان غرف متاحه

Amazing hotel and facilities, rooms are modern and cozy, staff is great, they offer a free drink in the evening, very pleased overall

Cons:
