Good hotel for exploring Edinburgh
Pros:

Located near the city center this Hotel has a wonderful location, so you can explore city either with a stroll or using public transport.

we stayed here twice, in overall rooms are in good condition, tea, coffe, bathroom consumables are of fine quality.

nice and friendly staff who will help you with not only check in but also answered us about nearest cafes and gave their recommendations.

Cons:

in second stay we have some issues with bathroom lock, sinks flow wasn't stable and some noise from ventilation, those things weren't there at our first stay, so just bad luck

But both rooms windows has really bad thermal isloation and wind blowing out from them like they are were open, which weren't a case. And good luck with fight against AC - it lives it own life and doesn't listen control panel at all.

a bit expensive cost for such small size room.

An excellent and classy choice
Pros:

Staff excellent, room very clean and well appointed. Hotel well located without the frantic fuss of Princes Street. Also discounts available for use of local restaurants and cafes.

Cons:

Nothing not to like.

Perfektes Hotel für einen Städtetrip nach Edinburgh

Worth of the money
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the hotel was in a great location with modern facilities and a well-designed layout that felt fresh and peaceful. We checked in early, and while we were waiting on the sofa, the staff kindly offered us complimentary green tea and biscuits. During our stay, there were also free drinks available from 17:00 to 18:00, which was a lovely bonus. I had requested a higher floor as a personal preference, and they arranged a room for me on level 5, with level 7 being the highest. Considering the overall experience, I felt the hotel offered excellent value for money and was a real bargain.

Cons:

I think that because of my early check-in, the room may not have been cleaned as thoroughly as usual. There were a few hairs left on the bed, and I also noticed a shoe print on the bedsheet. It seemed that the sheet had been washed, but the mark had not been fully removed. In addition, the shampoo dispenser was not working properly. Hopefully, these issues will not happen again next time.

Absolutely wonderful
Pros:

The location is perfect, right in the heart of Edinburgh, yet in a very nice and quiet area. Lots of cafes and shops nearby, walking distance to Princes Street and very easy to get to from the airport (via Tram, West End). I loved the layout of the room, really makes the most of the space, and with kitchenette, seating area, closet space and dressing table gives off the vibe of having a full apartment to use. Staff were the absolute best, everyone was super friendly and helpful and just overall the whole atmosphere of the place is super warm and welcoming. I stayed for 5 nights and would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

Nothing. Had a great stay, beginning to end :)

Lovely hotel in a great location.

Lovey new hotel in a great location. Lovely staff who were very helpful and made the stay enjoyable.

Cons:

Not having a bar was probably the only downside but it wasn’t an issue. Just the only thing I can think let it down a little
