Great hotel ...
Pros:

Early check in. Staff warm and friendly. Everything needed in room. Comfortable bed and pillows. Powerful shower. Complimentary drinks each evening between 5 and 6pm.

Very good thanks
Pros:

The staff were lovely. Yasmin was very kind and showed me alternative rooms as I had a concern about the bed and my hip but the bed was fine and I slept really well. Alfonse or Alfonso - sorry for not quite remembering his name was really pleasant and helpful too.

Cons:

A proper bar and bar food would be nice but we found good places around the corner so it was fine

Cons:

The room was very small considering I asked for 2 single beds for me & my son. The single beds were stuck together like a double bed & there was no room to open our suitcases.

Lovely stay in a cozy place.
Pros:

Extremely well located and staff very kind and helpful. They gave us a few tips for restaurants.
Room very clean and wash products were very high quality.

Best first stay in Edinburgh I could possibly wish for
Pros:

Personalised note and communications were excellent. While hotel didn’t have restaurants, they paired with really good nearby restaurants.

Cons:

“do not disturb” sign language was very confusing of which side meant “don’t disturb vs clean my room,” it’s one of those things were creative ego overshadowed what real users need - simple copy

Tout est fait pour passer un séjour confortable et accéder facilement aux quartier d'Edinburgh
Pros:

L'accueil et le personnel sont très agréables et donnent de très bons conseils. Chambre très confortable et bien équipée. Hôtel un peu excentré qui donne accès à d'autres quartiers calmes mais pas trop loin du centre ville.
