Excellent location, friendly staff and comfortable bed.
Pros:

The location was excellent, the bed comfortable, the air con worked well and the shower had suitable power. The staff were very amenable and friendly.

Cons:

It would have been nice to have some options to eat in but this was only an issue because it was Valentine’s Day and the rugby was at Murrayfield so it was difficult to find a restaurant to eat. We didn’t think to book more than one meal in advance and it would have been even better if they recommended we did so in advance.

Pros:

Hôtel bien placé, nous avons eu en plus la chance d'être surclassés.
Tout le confort est là, des recommandations de bars et restaurants à proximité sont proposées.

A great place to stay in Edinburgh
Pros:

Beautiful modern hotel in great central location. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. A very nice touch was the daily drinks served at 5pm for the hotel guests. I would definitely stay there again.

Cons:

Everything was perfect.

Quiet, comfortable and excellently located
Pros:

The staff is absolutely amazing and kind. They knew it was our anniversary and left us a lovely note for celebration. They also provided us with several ideas on how to make it extra special.
The rooms are SO QUIET! We had an amazing sleep all 4 nights of our stay.

Pros:

The Room had a good size and the view we had was really nice. The Hotel also provided a list of cafes and restaurants where we could get a discount. That was really helpful. The location of the Hotel was really central but also quiet. We had a great time there.
