Pros:

We had come as a group of friends, and it was perfect.
The host was very helpful, the 24/7 house keeper was extremely sweet and helpful throughout ( Ashok bhaiya huge shoutout to him).
The place was very accessible near the station and bus stop also via ola and uber even in the night.
Place was safe and clean aswell.
We had a nice garden view also.

Pros:

Hygiene maintainance & peaceful atmosphere & home like environment.

Cons:

They should specify about kitchen sharing & sharing of specific rooms. Because I didn't know that the landlord is also staying at upper floor & kitchen sharing isn't allowed there.

Very good accommodation
Pros:

Manager was very cooperative and helpful. The accommodation was located in a much cleaner suburb.

A couple of things to improve…

. Hot Water equipment needs to be a little more bigger
Capacity was a little lower.

. Availability of morning Coffee or Tea could be earlier,
say 6 AM instead of 7 AM, as some of the guests
start their day early
