Cons:

Worst staff ever. They will lie to your face. You book a car through them, they'll tell you it's coming. Meanwhile the driver called to cancel but they'll tell you it's coming in 5 minutes.30 minutes later you're still waiting... Or, laundry will be ready tomorrow night 7 pm. (your ferry is at 10 the following day). You go at 7:30 pm, they tell you another 30 minutes. Fine. 20 minutes later they knock on your door to tell you it will be ready at 6 am.!!!!
Unacceptable, unprofessional behavior from under trained, powerless, zombie robots.
I ordered a motorbike. First guy showed up with a relic with a non -functional panel (no speed, no distance, no gas), very loose brakes and no helmet. 600 rupees per day. Second guy came with a relic too, but it was functioning, with helmet, and 500 inr per day. You get the feeling the staff is getting a generous kick back from first guy...

Location is close to the center.

Cons:

Highly over priced. Much better options will be available for this price. They don't even have proper power back up, and AC don't work. I could not even sleep properly at night. Highly not recommended.

None of the services functional basic intercom latches tv …. Nothing works I had to change room 3 times and still the same. Breakfast is like a musical chair run for cup or spoon or even the breakfast part.
They charge you equal to a 5 star property in tier 2 city with services that can only send a shiver down your spine.
Will never come back nor recommend a stay here

I would recommend don’t go there if your stay in havelock is short like 2-3 days. They don’t have the staff and running

Beautiful property within 2km of jetty

Cons:

Staff is very unprofessional, they don’t know how to welcome the guest. We reached around 2PM and still had to wait for around an hour to get our room that too after talking to the manager while the checkin time mentioned is 12PM. Services were delayed a lot, ac was set up at 28 degrees and we asked for ac remote urgently as we were sweating a lot. We got the remote after almost 1.5 days.
Next when we were checking out, we explicitly told the receptionist that we will take some 1 hour extra, will be checking out around 10AM, on which she replied there will be extra charge. Extra charge?? Like look at the service and delay in checkin we had to face. We again had to talk to the manager to resolve this.

Great stay, I would have stayed longer but hotel fully booked.
Pros:

The room was spotlessly clean, the bed was very comfortable. Angel on reception was very friendly and helpful, thank you. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

During my visit the TV didn’t work, only with pay for view. But I understand this issue was temporary.
