1.I booked for 3 Adults, for third person no cot They only gave extra bed, Third Adult laid in the floor (2 days)
2. No water bottle given in the second day
3. First day no towels for all
4. Hot water coming in common pipe line, Waited minimum 10 minutes for get the hot water (no separate heater in the bathroom)

Location, and few helpful staff. Good for just stay with zero exception wrt room service

Cons:

The bed spread was damaged, the TV was not working, and it didn't provide towels or water bottles even after multiple follow-up. Very poor room service.

budget hotel, but they need to improve their services. Specially cleanliness. wouldn't recommend.
Pros:

Location was good, nearby to railway station and bus stand. Ample parking available which is really a good point.

Cons:

Behaviour of staffs, very careless attitude and were rude if asked to change the dirty bedsheets which were provided initially. No drinking water provided, when asked the staff suggested get the jug and fill it by yourself. No clealiness cockroaches all over in the cupboards and drawers.
