Staff was polite and helpful.
Hotel room seemed clean when entered.

Cons:

Ac was not working...only ac fan was working so no cooling.
Washroom flush was not working at all. Washroom door didn't have any lock.
In night when we were asleep water was leaking from ceiling straight on the middle of bed...all night drops of water were falling on us.
We told staff about the flush not working but they didn't do anything about it or didn't change our room.
Tv was also not working.

Ntng good poor management and manager as well taking rude

Cons:

I had high expectations based on the photos and description, but my experience was far from satisfactory. The room was not clean on arrival, and the amenities promised were either unavailable or poorly maintained. The staff seemed unresponsive to my concerns, and overall, I did not feel comfortable during my stay. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel until major improvements are made.

they gave me the worst room, there were ants in the room then i asked for another room then they provided another room which was just better for not having ants on them.

Don’t be put off by the pictures online of the outside or immediate area. Inside is perfectly comfortable and what looks
Pros:

The hotel is clean and comfortable and the front desk people were friendly and patient. Its easy to get to from Mahim Junction railway station (head for Raheja Hospital, then turn left - counter-intuitively - which will get you up onto the flyover) and Mahim (and Dharavi which is also close) are an interesting contrast to the more obvious South Mumbai locations and well worth exploring

Cons:

It didn’t bother me but this wasn’t the quietest hotel I’ve stayed in. That said, I doubt anywhere in Mumbai is all that quiet :0)

Pros:

Staff was really helpful and friendly and when I ordered chicken biryani it was good

Cons:

The room was totally dirty.. A/C was not working, and the tv was not working and the food pathetic. I don't know from where they bought that, but the food was really not good. I ordered a chicken lollipop and fried rice. I never had food this pathetic as it 😒
