Outstanding Hotel and an Outstanding Host!!!
Pros:

This place was a gem! Carmelo is one of the best owners that I've had the pleasure of dealing with! He gave me all The insider tips for getting around the Dominican Republic cheaply! He told me about the bus that leaves from sosua that goes to Las Terrenas everyday! He escorted me to the stop and waited there with me! He was great! His hotel was great! The wifi I was great! The hot water was weird but it worked well! Great breakfast! This is the only place that I would consider staying in Sosua!

Cons:

I wish the curtains were a bit thicker to block out the light in the room. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

I am very satisfied and I will stay at this hotel again for my back trip from Samana
Pros:

Nice pool, good common kitchen, beautiful exotic plants, nice and helpful staff, good location close to bus to Samana, Las Terrenas and cheap transport to Puerto Plata and Cabarete, close to centrum and excellent supermarket Players.

Cons:

Too much mosquitoes, a noise from construction of new residence across the street

Pros:

Casa Sylvie is perfect. Clean comfortable well located. Great quality for the price. With a pool. And breakfast available. Marcelo is an incredible host and was so helpful to make our stay optimal.

Cons:

Nothing to say. All was good.

Pros:

The service was excellent, problems were solved accordingly. Felt safe and the family had a great night

Cons:

The larger room was a little warmer than expected, really should consider placing an A/C unit in the second bedroom. Otherwise everything else was great.
