Great location but dirty appartment
Pros:

Great location! The house is situated maybe 1-2 min walk from the centrer where there are a lot of restaurants and 6-7 min walk to the beach. Comunication whith the owner was very good. They don’t really answer if you call but they reply fast to messages. Even if we moved faster they where nice and gave us the money back.

Cons:

We had a room at the 1’st floor. The stairs are very steep. The apartment was dirty and in need of a lot o love. The smoke detector in the main room was broken. There where very few closet space and really dirty in it anyway (the pic whit the black hand was a wet wipe after I cleaned the closet). Closet doors do not stay shot. Overall everything looks just not taken care of! It is a pity because the location is excelent. This apparment could be really nice with some maintanace and much better cleaning!

Die Stadt- und Strandnähe

Cons:

Das Appartement war nur auf den ersten Blick sauber.....teils defekte Möbel....der Toilettendeckel war locker. Der Fernseher funktioniert nicht....draußen der Tisch war sehr schmutzig und an der Decke waren sehr viele Spinnweben.

Es sollte einfach mehr auf details geachtet werden und nicht nur auf das geld.

Für eine Nacht konnten wir damit leben, aber länger wären wir nicht gerne dort geblieben.

Ca. 20 Std. vor unserer Anreise haben wir die Unterkunft angerufen, nachdem unsere schriftlichen Anfragen vom Vortag unbeantwortet blieben. Da haben wir dann erfahren, dass die Unterkunft unsere Buchung wegen "Überbuchung" storniert hat?!!! Wir hatten mehrere Wochen vorher eine Übernachtung gebucht, bestätigt bekommen und auch das Geld wurde abgebucht. Nun so kurzfristig vor unserer Anreise war plötzlich von Überbuchung die Rede?! Ganz Zandvoort war an diesem Wochenende ausgebucht. Gab es vielleicht Gäste, die länger als eine Nacht bleiben wollten?! Wer weiß es ...

Toplocatie. Op loopafstand van het strand en van het centrum.
Fijn douche!

Cons:

De ramen aan de voorkant konden niet open. Er was geen zeep bij de wastafel. Er was geen afwasmiddel. Er was amper bestek en dergelijke. Eén van de tafelpoten zat helemaal los. De stoelen waren erg smerig.

Für zwei Personen die nur zum duschen und schlafen kommen möchten ist es ok.aber als Familie würde ich es nicht empfehle

Prima Basis für einen entspannten Urlaub mit kleinem Budget.

Cons:

Es hat gestunken, war extrem dreckig und ekelig. Keine Klima, Schimmel in den Zimmern und im Badezimmer. Keine Küche, keine Ausstattung. Die Fenster waren kaputt und konnte man nicht öffnen.

Ruim maar benauwd

De accommodatie was ruim

Cons:

Er kon in de gehele ruimte (2 slaapkamers en 1 badkamer) maar 1 raam open. Helaas stonk het zodra je het raam opendeed naar kattenplas. Er is geen airco in de ruimte aanwezig dus het was daardoor erg benauwd met het mooie weer.

We kregen eerst een appartement waarin heel veel mankementen waren: verduistering van velux was helemaal stuk en kon niet meer naar beneden, verluchtingsrooster van velux ging niet meer dicht, brandalarm hing volledig los douche hing vol met schimmel en als je zou douchen zouden de buren recht kunnen binnen kijken want er was geen afscherming voor het raam. Na melding hebben we een andere kamer gekregen. Deze was beter in orde maar nog steeds heel verouderd. Het was er heel gehorig.

Bequeme Betten. Lage nahe Zentrum.

Cons:

Dusche könnte renovation vertragen (Boden und brause etwas schmuddelig, Lüftung funktioniert nicht). Fernseher konnten wir nicht zum laufenbringen. . Küche minimal ausgerüstet, kein küchentuch.

Pros:

Das Check in lief super freundlich ab und alles klappte reibungslos. Wir haben nach einem früheren Check in gefragt, haben leider keine Antwort bekommen. Mussten dann bis 16 Uhr warten:

Bei unserer Ankunft war das Reinigungspersonal noch mit der Arbeit beschäftigt. Das wäre grundsätzlich kein Problem gewesen. Allerdings standen Putzutensilien/Staubsauger Etc. im Weg, sodass wir mit Hund überall drüber steigen mussten. Die Treppe nach oben ist äußerst steil, dass sollte irgendwo vermerkt sein, mit Hund ist es schon schwierig. Es ist sehr hellhörig das man verstehen kann, was im Nachbarzimmer geredet wird.
Die Unterkunft selbst war leider nicht sauber. Die Armatur im Badezimmer war locker und der Duschvorhang verschmutzt. Außerdem war der Fernseher defekt und die Ausstattung der Küchenzeile sehr spärlich und unzureichend.
