Brilliant, organized (for india at least) and relaxing.
Pros:

Second time here. Food was of the best I have eaten ever in India (and I travel to India a lot).
Communication is good. Service fantastic. Rinku contacted me in advace, went to the shop for us for some things we needen upon arrival, arranged our safari, arranged a good driver to Delhi (and last time to jaipur as wel). Few minutes from safari entrance. Rooms spacious and clean, super nice to relax at the pool after the safari. Very quite as well during the day and night. I initially had some doubts as the price is very cheap but they just undervalue their service… as it is worth for me easily twice the price.

Le personnel a été très gentil, ils nous ont même surclassé et fait une remise à la fin du séjour.

Cons:

Attention en venant à Sariska, il y a deux gate pour les safari : l'hôtel est proche de la gare 2, moins réputée pour voir des tigres et à plus d'1h de la porte principale.
A noter, le personnel ne parle pas anglais....

Parfait pour les safaris au départ de la Tehla Gate.
Pros:

Hotel Propre et calme loin de l'agitation.
Personel très arrangeant.
Attention si vous comptez faire le safari à Sariska, cet hôtel est proche de la Tehla Gate mais à 2h de route de la Sariska Gate.
Nous avions fais l'erreur de prendre notre safari au départ de la Sariska Gate mais le personnel nous a aidé à trouver un taxi très tôt le matin pour être à l'heure pour le safari.

Nice private area with big lawn. Nicely maintained property. Room size was large and comfortable. Staff was very helpful.

Cons:

There was nothing that we did not like. However, some areas for improvement will take the guests' experience few notches higher like some additional Furniture in the room (study table, mini bar & table for unpacking luggage) as the rooms are very spacious and can accommodate these extra furniture easily. Also one of the rooms the mattress was sagging on one side. These things need to be checked & replaced timely. Housekeeping staff need to be trained to clean the rooms everyday once guest has checked in till checkout date - things like towels, bed to be redone, etc. So this is an area of improvement.

Good review - Lacking a bit in resort experience
Pros:

I am split on my review, but ultimately deducted a star for the total experience. The resort is very nice, good and clean rooms and bathrooms of decent size. Rooms are pretty quiet and I had little problem with sleeping. The pool is nice, although a little dirty and full of bugs at times. Staff is great and helpful, where Rinku Singh arranged for food and helped me find an ATM for cash. What I did not appreciate was being awoken the first day at 7:30am for chai and 8:30 for breakfast without having asked for this, this ruined my sleep that day.
My second problem is the property not accepting international cards even though it is stated as option on booking.com. This led to me having to retrieve more cash the day I was leaving to pay (Nearest ATM 10min drive away). Booking of safari was also a hassle, as first day I was told it was full 1 hour before I was supposed to leave and afterwards I had to pay cash in advance to reserve the next day. For being an expensive nice resort, this is not the best experiences. Other places I have had hotel arrange safaris without me having to think of anything, before paying at the end of the stay.
All in all, a pleasent resort, but lacking a little bit to quite reach the proper safari resort feeling.

Comfortable rooms, friendly staff and tasty food
Pros:

Comfortable room with good shower and private veranda . Staff very friendly and helpful, they organised a safari in advance of our arrival. Food is very tasty with generous portions; they took good care of my partner who is Coeliac (gluten intolerant).
It’s a nice place to chill in the afternoon.
