We were told that the property is under renovations, & the room was just ok, in size, comfort etc, Staff seems to be not happy with the booking.com guests as even the complimentary fruit platter mentioned in the tent card in the roon was not provided as it was not applicable for the booking.com guests... Good they gave some water though! Overall, the staff was less courteous and the service levels was very bad. They were prompt till they ensured that the guest is checked in ( as it was a pay at hotel booking) rest was very suboptimal. One good point was food, it was good !

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the restaurant was great. We tried a lot of veg food!
Pros:

The staff were really friendly and approachable at all times. The check-in desk were superbly helpful and guided and answered all the questions we had.

Cons:

The rooms were just above the kitchen which made the bathrooms boiling hot. This is a bigger building design challenge and not sure how it can solved easily.
