I want to start by giving a big thank you to Ina, the manager, who was incredibly helpful and always available whenever we needed anything. She and her team went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.
Breakfast was perfect every morning – freshly prepared by a lovely lady who made you feel like you were having breakfast at your grandmother’s house. Warm, welcoming, and delicious!
The location is excellent – just a short 10-minute walk to the main boulevard and public beach. Plus, having free and safe parking on-site was a huge bonus.
Our room was fantastic, clean, and equipped with everything we needed. What really made this place stand out was the extra touches – we wanted to wash our beach towels, and Ina and her staff happily provided washing powder and let us use their washing machine, completely free of charge. That kind of hospitality is rare and truly appreciated.
Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a cozy, convenient, and welcoming stay.

El departamento que alquilamos no tiene cocina, pero lo sabíamos de antemano. La ubicación no es l más céntrica de Sarandë. Estás a 13 minutos andando del centro.

The apartment was very spacious and full of natural light. The beds were comfortable, and each room had air conditioning, which made our stay even more pleasant. There was also a washing machine, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. The apartment has three balconies: one next to the bathroom with a beautiful view of the sunset, and the other two with a sea view. We enjoyed the stunning views with our friends every evening.
We were able to park our car right next to the apartment, which was very convenient. The location is excellent – just a short walk to the promenade, and the beaches are also nearby. We highly recommend visiting Kozi Bistro – the food is amazing, and the staff is even more wonderful!
The host, Ina, is an incredibly warm and caring person who did everything to make sure our holiday went smoothly and was truly memorable.

We stayed here for three nights and we had a perfect experience. The owners were very helpful with our requests and questions. Downstairs is the Kozi bistro from the same owners, where we had breakfast all three mornings because it was close by, very nice and not expensive. Because we took a late night bus back to Tirana we were able to leave our luggage at the bistro after checkout. We didn’t have towels, but we could borrow some for the last day so we could go to the beach and then brought them back when picking up the luggage. The appartement is 10-15 minutes walking from the center of sarande which was nice to get away from the crazy busy port at night.
The only point of remark was the fact that the curtains were not light dense so the room wasn’t completely dark in the mornings which has our personal preference. But this didn’t make our stay less enjoyable.
I would definitely recommend this place!

The apartment is in a good location, the facilities are excellent too. It has a large balcony, good open space in the apartment and the bathroom facilities were top notch too.
Great location 5 min walking to the beach, 10 min walking to the main promenade and public beach, downstairs is pizzeria, cafe and nice supermarket.
