Exceeded expectations.
Pros:

The location was close to transport beach and restaurants. We had the complete top floor of the residence to ourselves which included a kitchen and two separate bathrooms. It was clean and comfortable. Champa was a legend and even did loads of washing for us and her husband personally drove us in his own car to our next destination.

Cons:

Nothing.

Okay for one night
Pros:

I booked the room for one night. The kitchen / entrance area supposed to be shared with other guests as there are two rooms upstairs .
In my case l was staying alone in the villa so I was lucky and had a quiet night and privacy.
Walking distance to the main road with restaurants and transport options.
Room was cosy and stylish, big enough for one person, bed lights available .

Cons:

Bathroom door had no locker ,
no hot water in shower, no wifi although I claimed it .
Like in the most guesthouses no bathroom utilities.
This could be only a nice gesture but looks like Hosts are too stingy and only want to make money with guests or don’t think about it .
