Consigliatissimo !
Pros:

Posto veramente ben curato, dalle camere al ristorante, al giardino. I proprietari super accoglienti e pronti ad ascoltare e soddisfare ogni esigenza ! Posizione super comoda per Gubbio, Spello, Assisi, Perugia e Lago Trasimeno. Consigliatissimo !

Pros:

Petit déjeuner de qualité, sucré et salé. Séjour dans le calme et la verdure. Assisi et Perugia à quelques km.

De gasvrijheid, open- en gedrevenheid gastvrouw en -heer. Lekker eenvoudig ontbijt, heerlijke diner gerechten en top pizza’s. Mooie accommodatie en een goed onderhouden zwembad.

Cons:

Heel klein minpuntje was het verkeersgeluid van rijksweg.

War eine nette Unterkunft und freundliches Personal
Pros:

Anlage ist liebevoll mit Blumen verziert.
Abends konnte man bei Bedarf lecker Essen.
Zum Frühstück hat man auf Wunsch Eier bekommen.

Cons:

Schlechte Beleuchtung, für die Küchenbenützung zu dunkel.
Bei offenen Fenster hört man den Strassenlärm.

Przepiękna Umbria alternatywą dla zatłoczonej Toskanii.
Pros:

Świetna baza wypadowa dla okolicznych miasteczek. Trafiliśmy w termin kiedy basen był niemalże tylko dla nas co stanowiło ogromny luksus. Gospodarze uśmiechnięci, mili - tutto oookk ;)
Stary kamienny dom był dodatkową atrakcją i mimo wysokich temperatur w środku było przyjemnie chłodno.
Śniadania w spokojnej, miłej atmosferze.
Wieczorem otwierała się restauracja a w niej duży wybór pizzy i lokalnego wina.

Bliskość drogi ekspresowej (szum samochodów).

9 Day family stay
Pros:

The hosts were amazing! We felt very welcome from the start. They are so dedicated to making their guests comfortable. The breakfast, included in the price was delicious. We looked forward to it. They were always on hand at breakfast to make sure we had all we needed including hot drinks of our choice.
The meals in the restaurant were so nice. We had real Italian cuisine.
The environment and accommodation was brilliant.
We would come again and would highly recommend.

Big apartment very equiped!

Cons:

VERY close to the highway.
If you are looking for silence, this is not the place for you. We left after one night, although made reservations for 4 nights, we just couldn't stand the noise.
