Pros:

This is a great place to relax and have a good time. We arrived by bicycles, and our bikes were stored in a safe place. There is an excellent restaurant here with a diverse menu, including many European dishes, and everything is very delicious. We slept well; the sound of the thunderstorm made for a deep sleep. We will definitely come again.

The receptionist was extremely helpful. She even took me to the room when I arrived.

Location peaceful and friendly staff.

Cons:

Shower head was unable to be raised due to broken plastic. On arrival the mini fridge was unplugged, one beer was spoiled with something floating in it. A helpful waiter plugged it after I informed him following room service. On the topic of room service, there is a phone in the room presumably for contacting reception however the phone was not plugged into power or anywhere rendering it useless. I was told you cannot call from the room so I needed to go downstairs to order.
A birthday held on Saturday night was very loud until about 1:30, directly below the rooms; the hall is also the location of the exit when the main doors close, rendering exiting the property uncomfortable until the party finished.
