The hotel's location was convenient, and the breakfast was enjoyable. What truly stood out, however, was the excellent service provided by Mr. Mikhail. He was exceptionally kind, polite, and always willing to help whenever I needed assistance.
On one occasion, he personally accompanied me to an ATM and showed me the exact location, which I greatly appreciated. His friendly attitude, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile made my stay much more comfortable. Mr. Mikhail is a great asset to the hotel, and I would like to thank him for his outstanding hospitality.
Unfortunately, the housekeeping service did not meet expectations during our 4-day stay. We requested fresh towels and room cleaning, but the service provided was incomplete. The housekeeping staff only changed the duvet cover and pillowcases, while the rest of the room and bathroom remained dirty.
Our used towels were left unchanged despite our request for replacements. There was hair on both the bathroom floor and in the bath, which was not cleaned throughout our stay. As a simple test, I deliberately left my coffee/tea cup unwashed one day. The next day, the bed linens had been changed, but the cup was still left untouched, suggesting that basic cleaning tasks were not being carried out.
In my opinion, the management may not be fully aware of the actual standard of housekeeping being provided. The cleaning staff appear to be performing only minimal tasks rather than conducting a thorough room cleaning. I hope management reviews this issue and takes appropriate steps to improve the housekeeping service for future guests.

The staff was very helpful when we had trouble finding the location due to a closed road. The shower was hot and powerful! The breakfast was yummy. The 4th floor terrace gives an exceptional view for your morning tea/coffee!
It would have been nice to have an extra pillow for both of us, even if they were only in the closet and not on the bed. The bath towels were very thin.

Второй раз подряд мне достается номер который меня не устраивает. В нем холодно, окно на лестницу при входе. Бронировала на длительное проживание, в итоге на вторую часть пребывания отменили бронь.

Bardzo ładne i czyste pokoje, lokalizacja zaledwie kilka minut od starego miasta. Bezpłatny parking tuż obok wejścia. Możliwość wyjścia na dach aby podziwiać okoliczne widoki. Bardzo dobrze działająca klimatyzacja. Bardzo dobre i różnorodne śniadania.

Ubytovanie bolo len na skok do starého mesta, nachádza sa v miernom kopci, ale nie je to nič náročné. V okolí sa nachádza niekoľko potravín, lekáreň a pod. Lokalita bola tichá a prenajímateľ bol veľmi milý. Raňajky pani pravidelne dopĺňala, aj ked sme prišli na ne o 10:00 hod., Nikdy sa nestalo, že by niečo chýbalo. Izba bola čistá, pravidelne ju upratovali, posteľ bola pohodlná. Dalo sa platiť v hotovosti aj €. Prišli by sme určite aj ďalšíkrát.
