The location is fantastic—just a 3–4 minute walk to the beach. There are plenty of restaurants, shops, and currency exch
Pros:

We had an amazing stay! The room was spotless, beautifully organized, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable vacation. The host was incredibly kind, welcoming, and spoke excellent English, making communication easy from the very beginning.

Struttura comoda e vicina alla spiaggia, Lutjan è stato davvero gentile e disponibile per tutto, ha soddisfatto ogni nostra richiesta

Cons:

La doccia non è molto impostata bene (penso si usi cosi in tutta l'Albana): non è presente un box doccia quindi se non fai attenzione si bagna quasi tutto il pavimento del bagno, compreso lavandino e wc, ma se si lascia la porta del bagno aperta di notte, il giorno dopo è tutto asciutto

The photos are deceiving
Pros:

The only reason I gave it a 3 is because the owner helped me to find parking.

Cons:

The room was not like it was in the photos! The room is dirty and outdated. A lot of the furniture is broken and/or overused. The wifi doesn't work in the bathroom. The bathroom is so small that the shower is directly about the toilet, so when you shower, everything gets wet! The water boiler is taped up and looks like it might fall apart. The air conditioning unit is placed directly across the bed so when you sleep at night you can't keep it on cool or you'll freeze to death and when you put the temperature higher you burn up while sleeping and wake up sticky.

Adapté à une nuit mais surtout pas pour rester sur un séjour

L’emplacement et la gentillesse de la dame qui nous a accueilli

Cons:

La chambre pour 4 avec balcon n’est pas adaptée à 4 personnes. Il n’y a pas assez de couverts pour 4 et clairement pas assez de place. Le mobilier de cuisine laisse à désirer et le système de la salle de bain bruyant ++

Kiváló elhelyezkedésű, tiszta és kényelmes szállás, kedves házigazdával.
Pros:

Nagyszerű élmény volt itt megszállni! A szállás minden szempontból megfelelt az elvárásainknak: kifogástalanul tiszta, kényelmes és jól felszerelt volt. Minden adott volt a gondtalan pihenéshez, így semmiben sem szenvedtünk hiányt. Az elhelyezkedése is remek, a strand könnyen megközelíthető, a környéken pedig számos étkezési és vásárlási lehetőség található. A házigazda végig rendkívül figyelmes és készséges volt, bármilyen kérdéssel fordulhattunk hozzá. Csak ajánlani tudjuk ezt a szállást, szívesen választanánk újra a következő utazásunk alkalmával.
