Very comfortable and clean
Pros:

This hotel is definitely value for money. It is very clean and close proximity to many places of interest. The staff are very friendly and responsive. I will definitely choose this Hotel again if I ever go to Muar in future.

Good choice for a few days in Muar
Pros:

Excellent value hotel in a great location. No frills but comfortable and clean, with complimentary bottled water, tea and coffee, plus kettle and fridge (albeit the electricity cuts off when the key card is removed from the room). Air con noise from outside units was audible in the evenings but all was silent at night when it matters most. I would happily stay here again.

Cons:

No complaints at all for the price paid.

Pros:

Value for money, good location, very clean. The bed was very comfortable & above expectations for budget hotel

a comfortable weekend stay
Pros:

the room is big. the parking is limited but did not encounter a problem to find one for my car. there were several restaurants nearby including a Marrybrown. a walking distance to Wetex Parade where you can find a lot of eateries. Location is quiet central but still quiet. there is 99 speedmart downstairs to buy your drinks and snacks. have a coway water dispensing machine at the hallway which is a plus point.

Cons:

nothing in particular. just there is no lift but stairs but it is ok.

Cozy & simple room.

Cons:

Air-cond tak berapa sejuk walaupun dah setting 16 °c, turbo, fan high speed. Dah check-in 2 bilik memang air-cond tak sejuk. Tidur tak pakai selimut pun.
