Pros:

Jag gillade i princip allt på detta hotell förutom bemötande av vissa i personlen som jobbar i receptionen.

Cons:

Det är synd att vissa av personalen i receptionen inte tar en på allvar och förstår vad man försöker säga när man pratar med de med vänlighet och respekt. I båda två situationerna behövde jag faktiskt bli riktigt irriterad och höja rösten på de för att de ska ta mig på allvar.

Tout le personnel (réception, restauration, bar, etc.) est professionnel et souriant.
Le bungalow est propre .

Une bagagerie surveillée est mise à la disposition des clients.
Une douche et le nécessaire de toilette permettent de profiter de son séjour jusqu'au bout, après le check-out.

Nice facilities, including beach access and amenities. The staff was professional, and the food was good.

Cons:

Even if you select and pay for the dinner-included option, refreshments, even non-alcoholic ones like water and juice, are not included and will be charged separately.

This is the first time I’ve had to pay extra for beverages after already paying for a dinner package (a buffet most of the time) that should have covered them. You only learn about this once your sitting at diner, not at the time of booking.

Oddly, this policy only applies to diner, at breakfast, beverages like coffee, juice, and water are made available at no extra charge.

The air conditioning unit is positioned directly above the bed, and the vent direction cannot be adjusted, making it difficult to avoid a direct draft while sleeping.

The air conditioning in the gym is underpowered for the size of the room, making workouts uncomfortably warm.
