Pros:

Absolument tout. Hôtel à taille humaine avec tous les services et équipements qu'on peut attendre d'un 4 étoiles. La piscine et la plage sont incroyables, la nourriture de grande qualité. La chambre est grande et la literie de bonne qualité.

Cons:

Difficile à dire, vraiment.

Pour un séjour mars ma carte bancaire a été débité deux fois et l'hôtel ne veut pas me rembourser.
Cons:

La réception à l'accueil qui m'a débité par carte bancaire deux fois(2x875 euros) suite à une mauvaise manipulation en mars 2026 et depuis l'hôtel ne répond pas à mes demandes de remboursement par mail, téléphone ou WhatsApp..

Très joli club avec des cases en bord de mer
Pros:

L’emplacement sur la plage et la gentillesse du personnel

Cons:

Les équipements sont perfectibles. Le mini frigidaire fait trop de vacarme et la table sur le patio était un peu sale

Fabuleux et reposant.
Pros:

Séjour inoubliable dans ce magnifique hôtel, le personnel est souriant, l’hôtel est sublime surtout les extérieurs qui sont remarquablement très bien entretenus et les repas sont raffinés. Je recommande les yeux fermés !

Pros:

Schönes Hotel, saubere Zimmer, sehr gutes Essen. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr herzlich und freundlich mit Kindern.
Die Strandbar ist ausgezeichnet auch die Küche dort. Tolles Qlubsandwich, Pommes oder auch Poulet yassa

Cons:

Der französische Sänger der jeden 2. Abend singt ist eine Katastrophe und müsste einer anderen Arbeit nachgehen als singen.
Der Pool könnte sauberer geputzt werden.
Im Badezimmer fehlt es etwas an Stauraum für persönliche Sachen und die Dusche ist etwas zu klein konzipiert, es spritzt jedesmal das halbe Bad voll wenn man duscht.

Adequate - should have been so much better, but a lack of management and attention to detail lets it down.
Pros:

Should have been a lovely property, right on the beach, with great facilities.

Cons:

The taxi driver from the airport, arranged by the hotel, turned up late, and then made us stand around for 20 minutes.

The receptionist (accidentally, we hope) tried to charge us 10 times the correct amount on check in.

Breakfast - not a great choice, but adequate.

Dinner - average, not bad, but no idea what anything was as it was in massive vats.

Music over dinner - utterly deafening - why put a Senegalese band on when everyone is trying to chat over food.

Bathroom - parts were grotty - need attention.

Late check out - not an option.

Shower instead of late check out - one of the shower doors didn’t even shut, and nobody seemed to have any idea where to find clean towels.

Bel hôtel, bien situé et agréable
Pros:

Le petit cocon, malgré le monde, j’avais l’impression de pas être étouffé.
La nourriture est excellente, j’étais en demi-pension petit-déj’ et dîner du soir très bien la plage est magnifique reposante

Cons:

Le lit affreux, il serait peut-être temps de changer vos matelas pour une meilleure qualité, j’en ai mal au dos

Fabuloso
Pros:

Esplendido hotel con muy buenos servicios.
La piscina fantástica y los desayunos con posibilidad de pedir huevos fritos, tortillas.
Las cenas espectaculares, en una de esas cenas era bufet libre de pescado y marisco (ostras), gambas, etc.
Como nuestro avión salía tarde, además de poder utilizar las instalaciones, tienen unas instalaciones para que te puedas duchar, vestirte, etc.
Totalmente recomendable
