Pros:

Location is amazing. Perfect base for our family of 3 with a toddler. Very spacious. Comfy beds. Lovely design. Well thought out. Loved the view from the balcony. I would absolutely stay here again.

Cons:

Spiral staircase to get to the room while holding a toddler was a bit hectic but that’s all really!

Highly recommend! Such a great place!! We loved it!
Pros:

Great location in Shimokitazawa, very close to the station, way bigger than we expected and very comfortable! We loved it and could see Mt. Fuji from the balcony!!

Cons:

This property is great! If I was being picky the lift and landing stink of cigarettes but it’s the business below so not the fault of the property.

最高な宿だった。
Pros:

まず、すべてに清掃が行き届いていた。
どこのホテルに泊まっても部屋は綺麗でも洗面所のボールに水滴が残り残念に思っていた。
ここは、洗面所のボールも水はじきが良く、きれいに掃除されていることがわかった。
部屋全体のインテリアもセンスがよく、自宅に真似したいと思った。

Cons:

施設がどこにあるのかわかりずらかった。
何回も通り過ぎ、見つけるまでに時間がかかった。

Incredible value for money. Large rooms
Pros:

Very very spacious. Modern finishes, comfortable amazing location easy instructions. Like air bnb but more attention to detail like a hotel.

Cons:

Could do with second set of towels. Had to wash our own. Stayed for 4N/5D.
Would have liked some info on best eats or what to see in the particular area
Code for room wasn’t accessible for period of time. The owner rectified within the day.

ロケーション最高でした。そもそも宿泊施設の少ないエリアなので、オシャレで快適な部屋があるのはとても嬉しかったです。

Cons:

部屋のレイアウト上ベッドがあるエリアに空調が届きにくく、二段ベッドの上部は就寝時部屋の温度を下げても暑かったです。サーキュレータなどがあるとよかったと思います。

Ideal apartment, would stay again.
Pros:

Perfect, stylish and clean apartment for four guests, excellent location in Main Street and near station.

Cons:

Strong smell of cigarette smoke in stairwell. Stairs very steep and a bit awkward to enter. Self Sign in process failed on our arrival which was stressful in evening and difficult to make phone contact. Couldn’t get it for an hour. Fire alarm went off one night and was no follow up.

Pros:

Unbelievable location. Right in the heart of Shimokitazawa where it’s nearly impossible to get quality accommodation. Room was gigantic by Japanese standards. All amenities were available and the apartment felt homely and luxurious.
