Pros:

It's modern , comfortable to stay, excellent and cooperative employees, wide clean room, clean bathroom. AC is cold and refreshing

Cons:

The big Towels were clean, but one of the smaller ones has some hair on it, there were no slippers in the bathroom at the beginning, but they brought it when I asked for it , the portable/ moving shower were malfunctioning and leaking, the fixed one was fine

استمتعت بالمكان ونظافة المكان وتعامل الموظفين وسهولة الدخول والخروج و الموقع الجميل والاستراتيجي في قلب جدة والاطلالة الفاخرة على المدينة وكل شيء في هذا الفندق طبعا هذا ليست اول زيارة لي للفندق وانما انا عميل فيه من سنتين او اكثر تقريبا وفي جدة لا اسكن في غيره
