Blamed to me. Room not provided though book was confirmed. They said they never follow booking com procedure.

Right from the moment i checked in, the hospitality & the ambience was beyond my expectation for this tariff.

Fake booking platform

You can take this as my first negative comment

It's a really frustrating experience with this facility, I have booked through booking.com and when i interacted they confirmed my rooms, but when I reached the facility.... They behaved in a different way and said no room was allotted, even giving all the proofs and supportive messages from their booking.com...... no use

I reached 11:30 PM with the family.. totally lost hope....


Strongly not recommended this.... It's my opinion
