Pros:

Chambre avec petit balcon au dernier étage sans ascenseur, couloir assez étroit mais ça le fait quand même. Personnel ne parlant pas très bien anglais, ils utilisent le traducteur du téléphone. Ils sont accueillants et serviables. Nous sommes arrivés depuis un bus de nuit à 7h du matin et ils ont gardé nos sacs jusqu'à ce que notre chambre soit prête. Nous n'arrivions pas à avoir de l'eau chaude et l'un d'entre eux est venu le soir nous expliquer comment faire et vérifier que ça fonctionnait. Ils ont aussi réservé notre transfert et le bus pour la suite de notre voyage. La chambre est bien équipée, confortable et assez moderne.

Pros:

Chỗ nghỉ ngay phố Nguyễn Huệ, gần với ga Huế nên thuận tiện cho việc di chuyển và ăn uống. Phòng yên tĩnh để nghỉ ngơi. Đi lại tự do vì có lễ tân trực 24/7. Cạnh chỗ nghỉ có nhà hàng bán mỳ vắn thắn/hủ tiêu khô khá ngon miệng. Nhân viên (lễ tân nữ - đeo kính) rất thân thiện và hỗ trợ khách nhiệt tình.

Cons:

(R304):
- Cách xử lý tình huống phát sinh của nhân viên (lễ tân nam) thiếu chuyên nghiệp, phụ thuộc và chưa được tinh tế cho lắm. Kiểu mất thêm tiền để được đổi phòng mà nghe xong cách làm thấy bị ức chế hơn.
- Phòng bị dột nước, tôi ở 3N2Đ mà phải hứng/đổ 3 xô nước, phòng lúc nào cũng ẩm ướt và khó chịu.
- Wifi không hề tồn tại trong suốt quá trình lưu trú, đã phản hồi nhưng đâu vẫn hoàn đó. Tôi phải sử dụng 4G liên tục trong thời gian ở đó. Nhân viên tiếp nhận thông tin cho có và không hề cho cách giải quyết.
- Nhà VS cần để thêm sáp/nến thơm để khử đi mùi hôi.

Pros:

Small, clean ensuite, air con rooms a 5 minute walk from the train station. Friendly and efficient staff.

Cons:

According to the listing there is: a roof top terrace, a bar & and coffee shop - strange that in the 4 days I stayed there I couldn't find any of them !?

Vietnamese nationals especially those called Huyen seem to like this place judging from the amount of 10 out of 10 reviews people with that username have given.....

Good value
Pros:

Good location, good value

Cons:

No real complaints. A few points to note.. Bed is very firm. Staff don't speak English, so had to use translation app. Having electricity in the room is tied to a card in a slot, so you can only have AC in when you are in the room. And AC is not strong. It takes about an hour to cool down the room. Once going, it's fine.
