Spa center is outside, you need a car in winter...

le camere un po piccoline con arredamento un pò antico. mi aspettavo di piu visti i prezzi. non sono soddisfatta del rapporto qualità prezzo.

К отелю претензий не было. А в спа при отеле был неприятный инцидент. В раздевалке спа открыли мой личный ящик для вещей. Разбросали личные мои вещи по раздевалке пришлось их отыскивать под шкафчиками.Мы были шокированы этим происшествием.

Penso poco adatto per soggiorni di lavoro per posizione (lontato da CORTINA dove lavoravo) e struttura camera: è certamente un albergo più turistico che business.
Consigliato per turismo. Ci tornerò.

I am writing to share a disappointing experience we had at Hotel Boite, particularly during the New Year’s Eve dinner.

Upon arrival, my family was seated at a table directly next to the restaurant entrance, where cold air was constantly coming in. As we were among the first guests and many tables were still empty, we politely asked to be moved. We were told this was not possible. A few minutes later, another family in the same situation was moved to a better table, which made the refusal toward us feel unjustified and, unfortunately, discriminatory.

After asking again calmly, the head waiter eventually agreed to let us move. However, as he walked away, he muttered an offensive remark in Italian, clearly audible to us, which was extremely unprofessional.

A woman who introduced herself as the vice-manager then approached us and insisted in a confrontational manner that we return to the original table, stating that otherwise we would not be served food. This interaction was upsetting and inappropriate for paying hotel guests.

Later, we learned that the general manager was present in the restaurant. When we managed to speak with him, communication was difficult as he did not speak English (or he didn't want) and stated that it was not his responsibility to speak with guests. He dismissed our concerns without investigating the situation or offering an apology.

Overall, what should have been a festive evening was overshadowed by unprofessionalism, poor communication, and a lack of proper guest care. I hope the hotel reflects on this experience and improves its customer service standards.

Gli interni delle stanze e il ristorante

Wir hatten auf dem Zimmer kein warmes Wasser, auch die Klospülung hat nicht richtig funktioniert. Die Lampen neben dem Bett waren ebenfalls kaputt. Alles in allem macht das Hotel einen (hinsichtlich der Zimmer) sehr in die Jahre gekommenen Eindruck, den sie versuchen über nettes und professionelles Personal wieder wettzumachen. Abendessen im Hotel würden wir auf keinen Fall empfehlen. 16€ für eine einzelne Ravioli - für uns nicht passend oder angemessen. Leider hat man ohne Auto (wir waren mit dem Rad unterwegs) kaum die Möglichkeit sich anderweitig essen zu besorgen. Die meisten anderen Gäste haben abends auswärts gegessen.

The small print. The pool/spa is a
Hike down the road and not part of the hotel. It is also closed for major renovations. Don’t really think it should be on the brochure!
Toilet didn’t flush. Stayed 5 nights and it still wasn’t fixed. Towel rails fell off and it took no exaggeration 15 mins before our shower turned to luke warm water. (No hot)

Kein SPA-Bereich:
-Ich habe einen Filter bei Booking gehabt und den SPA Filter aktiviert. So wurde mir das Hotel auch angezeigt und auch die Fotos zeigten, dass es einen Spa-Bereich hat. Der Preis für das Zimmer war also für mich dann okay, weshalb ich dann gebucht habe. Leider mussten wir feststellen, dass es ein externer Spa-Anbieter ist und man knapp 30€ bezahlen muss. Gastfreundlich ist das nicht.

In die Jahre gekommen Möbel im Zimmer:
-Die Möbel sind im Zimmer selbst sehr alt und im Schrank, riecht es nach kalten, alten Holz, weshalb wir diesen nicht nutzen wollten.
Es stand auch ein extra Bett im Zimmer, obwohl dieser nicht nötig war. Deshalb war das Zimmer auch eher erdrückend. Mein Notebook konnte ich nicht nutzen, da die Steckdosen zu klein waren.
Toll fanden wir aber, dass es ein Kühlschrank gab!

Bettwäsche was katastrophal:
-die Bettwäsche kann man sich wie ein Sandwich vorstellen. Bettlaken/Decke/Bettlacken - alles ohne Knöpfe oder Nähte.
Nachts wacht man auf und hat alle Schichten umherliegen, weshalb man unangenehm liegt. Werden die Decken auch gewaschen, oder schlafen alle Gäste mit dieser Decke ?!


= Das Hotel hat ein tolles Konzept und klar ist, dass man diesen beibehalten will. Aber man muss auch modern werden und sich anpassen- dann fühlt man sich auch wohler als Gast, gerade wenn es andere Hotels gibt, die mit der Zeit gehen.
