Cozy and delicious breakfast
Прекрасный отель с традициями. Расположение отеля фантастично. Приветливый и отзывчивый персонал. Изысканная вкусная разнообразная еда. Неописуемо красивый вид из окна на доломиты и хвойный лес. Обязательно вернёмся ещё раз.
К отелю претензий не было. А в спа при отеле был неприятный инцидент. В раздевалке спа открыли мой личный ящик для вещей. Разбросали личные мои вещи по раздевалке пришлось их отыскивать под шкафчиками.Мы были шокированы этим происшествием.

The location of the hotel is the only thing we like, being close to Cortina D'Ampezzo
I am writing to share a disappointing experience we had at Hotel Boite, particularly during the New Year’s Eve dinner.
Upon arrival, my family was seated at a table directly next to the restaurant entrance, where cold air was constantly coming in. As we were among the first guests and many tables were still empty, we politely asked to be moved. We were told this was not possible. A few minutes later, another family in the same situation was moved to a better table, which made the refusal toward us feel unjustified and, unfortunately, discriminatory.
After asking again calmly, the head waiter eventually agreed to let us move. However, as he walked away, he muttered an offensive remark in Italian, clearly audible to us, which was extremely unprofessional.
A woman who introduced herself as the vice-manager then approached us and insisted in a confrontational manner that we return to the original table, stating that otherwise we would not be served food. This interaction was upsetting and inappropriate for paying hotel guests.
Later, we learned that the general manager was present in the restaurant. When we managed to speak with him, communication was difficult as he did not speak English (or he didn't want) and stated that it was not his responsibility to speak with guests. He dismissed our concerns without investigating the situation or offering an apology.
Overall, what should have been a festive evening was overshadowed by unprofessionalism, poor communication, and a lack of proper guest care. I hope the hotel reflects on this experience and improves its customer service standards.
