Lovely Staff in Newly Owned Hotel
Pros:

Very lovely and welcoming staff from the new owners of the hotel. Freshly painted and decorated, looks great. Room was exactly as shown in the photos. Cleaned everyday to a high standard. Great location to explore Luang Prabang, far away enough from the main town so we always had a peaceful sleep. Walkable to the night market, restaurants and the river (15-25mins). It was noisy due to works going on but we didn't mind because we were out exploring everyday.

Cons:

As it was bought by new owners, they had a lot of maintenance going on with people starting work from 8am. Breakfast could be improved upon as they only offered one option (sausage, eggs, bread & salad) it would have been nice to have a variety of options; consequently we ate somewhere else.
Once the maintenance in the hotel and surrounding hotels are completed, this will be an ideal place to stay.
